Extremely rude and had homophobic undertones of mocking my voice when I inquired about rates. The heavily accented woman was extremely rude. I would never do business with these crooks ....I would give a 0 if I could. Matter a fact a -10 stars ;)

Extremely rude. Called their offices to ask basic questions like: walk-in or appointment based? Rates? And availability? The woman that assisted avoided several of the questions and repeated berated me over the phone. Ultimately lost a customer before I even finished the call. Unprofessional.

I've been coming here for years to do my taxes. Excellent service every time. The workers are lovely and always care for their customers. Definitely recommend it to do your taxes. They are bilingual too.

The customer service here was horrific. Instead of greeting me the woman publicly humiliated me in front of 5 people while I'm already struggling with financial issues. I left feeling disrespected and degraded. I'd strongly recommend staying far away from this business.
