My personal trainer Xochilth is amazing. I have been training with Xochilth for 4 months now and she knows her stuff. I am extremely happy with my results, building strength and muscle. Xochilth observes your strength and doesn't over push your limits, she builds you to be able to get stronger and increases your weights when she feels you can lift more which is what a true trainer does. She does whole body workouts and uses resistant bands. I highly recommend Xochilth. Hit her up, you will not be disappointed.

Great workout facility especially under new management! I've been attending private workout sessions with Michael and he is definitely a great trainer! I'm under a 45 minute circuit training and he pushes me to the limit to help me achieve my results. What's great is that "we" dictate our own training and Michael and the DTF family provide a training plan that will fit what I'm looking for. I look forward to continuing my training!

Visited this location for the first time a few days ago and it was great! it's a small gym but offers a variety of classes. I recommend taking the Stretch and Strengthening class with Stephanie.

Yesterday I took my first cycling class with instructor Michael. Cycling class is full body workout. Michael incorporeal arm and core workouts. The cycling class is a full body work out which is different from your basic cycling classes. Michael did a great job explaining the each workout and allows you to go at your own pace. I Highly recommend the cycling class.

Yesterday evening I took the X-bike class with Michael! Omg! So, I've taken cycling classes in the past, and this is definitely much more than just another cycling class. Michael had us using bands, medicine balls and weights during our workout giving us truly a full body workout. This class was very intense, but he was very patient constantly checking in on me knowing it was my first time in his class. Class sizes are small which I also like! I will be back!

Today I experienced my first Kickboxing Workout with Michael. He was extremely patient and willing to teach the basics of kickboxing. I am glad that I had the opportunity to experience someone who is motivating and effective. He made every minute count! While the class was only 45 minutes long by far it was better than a 2 hour workout alone at the gym. I also had the opportunity to work out with the owner Lydia Ibanez, she clearly has a passion for a healthy lifestyle. Since this place offers a variety of classes I am looking forward to booking future sessions at DTF!Totally recommend it, check it out!
