Horrible Customer Service experience today.Actually, they wouldn't even know what the term "Customer Service " meant if it slapped them across the face. Do yourself a favor & go to a different paint store that doesn't charge $60 for a gallon of paint or has crappy employees & management.They don't even deserve the 1 Star but that is the minimum that I could give.I'll never go back to any Dunn Edwards store ever!!! I've also notified my family to stop shopping here also.

I walked in 3-4 times asking a lot of questions about primer, sealer and different sheens on purchasing paint. Alex at the Whittier location helped me every time. He had a lot of patients and was very helpful. I felt like I had a 1 on 1 consultation even though I wasn't the only one he was helping. I finally made a decision, purchased my items and was helped out to my car. My next painting project will be in January and I'm looking forward to another great experience. Thank you Alex!!!

Erin was a big help to us deciding which color to use for our bedroom. She is such a nice patient lady and truly was helpful in every way. Alex is another one who is always pleasant and helpful.Thank you Dunn Edwards for hiring good people who make a difference.

Was able to dispose of my old paint here, only taking 1 star off because I had to wait a few days for their bins to be emptied, employees were very helpful when I would call.

Can you please bring back Tim Albios please! It's been a month and it isn't the same. Thanks!! I recently moved to Whittier and he and another young lady helped me a lot. Honestly y'all needed to keep the staff the way it was when I first reviewed back March. Please stop switching them around, and bring Tim back.

I'm super confused by all the reviews about helpful people at this paint store because that was not my experience today. The person working there not only would not even look at the picture of the paint color that I'm trying to match but couldn't even refer me to anyone who I would be happy to pay to come look at my house and get me close to the color so I could buy a few samples to match perfectly. When I went to the samples to try to figure it out on my own, another customer told me that if I go to Lowe's they can use my pictures to help me out. Such a bummer that my local Dunn Edward's can't offer the same service and experience.

The cashier guy is rude. He definitely doesn't like helping customers. Employees like him should look for other jobs were they don't have customer contact.

Let me start by saying Tim Albios was the biggest help when it came to any questions my husband and I had. Not only was he professional and helpful he was genuinely a nice person who wanted to help us when it came to working on our new home. He gave us different choices answering all questions, as well as references on things we may need or workers we may use. We have gone to Home Depot and there is a huge difference in quality and costumer service. For now on we will always go to Dunn-Edwards and always ask for Tim!

This location has been the closest to my business for years, however the management and service was for the most part was sub-par. I would rather go to different locations to get better service. Happy to say that this location is my favorite now, with Tim running the show it runs like a professional service first operation, with the customer first in mind. 5 STARS Way to go and a big Thanks!
