This is a clean gym with quality equipment and a great energy. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and I can say it’s helped me stay motivated and consistent with my workouts. Here you’ll get the support and the tools needed to progress in your fitness journey and you’ll want to keep coming back for more. I highly recommend giving this gym a try.

We all know weight lifting is important for our health but don't know where/how to begin. The Bakery is the perfect place to start. But don't be fooled, it's not just for beginners, either- Coach D is meticulously watching for form and will make corrections. However, if he feels like you're going too light in weight he will call you out on the spot ?.
The gym can appear intimating when you first walk in but Coach D will walk you through the routine and explain each move.
It's only been 2 weeks but I can already feel my strength building and I'm looking forward to seeing my body continue to get stronger. Highly recommend to both newbies trying out weight training and gymrat veterans.

I joined this gym after an accident lead to me being scared of hurting myself in the gym from not knowing what I was doing. The classes are great! The coach is very professional, well educated, and actually explains things. I don’t feel intimidated to ask questions. My body has seen the results within 2 months !

I recently started at The Bakery (3 weeks ago) and I have had such a great experience so far! I am so excited to see, and feel the results, as I continue to attend every week. I decided to join this gym primarily because I felt very insecure and lost at the gym, and second because I loved the idea of women supporting each other, and Coach D has been nothing but motivating, and supportive in each session! I can't recommend The Bakery enough, it makes working out so much fun, time flies, and you learn so much every time! I think this is such a great investment in oneself, and you definitely will be on your way to becoming a better person not only physically, but mentally as well.

I used to stick to cardio because I had no idea how to use any other equipment and I was afraid to try learning on my own. The Bakery, an all women’s gym, offers guidance and encouragement which really motivates me! I used to jog 30mins a day at home and it felt like an eternity. Time flies at The Bakery! I’m excited to be on this new journey that I never imagined being on!

Love this gym! Flexible schedules and Lots of class times available daily, am and pm :)
Coach is making sure you stay consistent and keeps you accountable for your progress, making sure that you’re always pushing yourself to give each workout your best! Very clean and organized! I have not seen any machines that are out of order (like at other gyms) high energy environment perfect for someone who needs constant motivation like myself! Do yourself a favor and go check it out :)

The sole idea of weight lifting used to send me running for the hills. I was super afraid to put myself out of my comfort zone but The Bakery made it easy and fun. Coach D has been super helpful at shaping my form and pushing me to go the extra mile. All the girls who attend are super friendly and welcoming. If you are like me and needed a push to start weight lifting let this be your sign and sign up, you won’t regret it.

I’ve been coming to The Bakery for approximately 2 months now, and the atmosphere in this gym is truly refreshing. It’s a community where women empower each other to be better every day. Coach D does an amazing job motivating, encouraging, and teaching us the correct form—it’s very educational. Since joining, I’ve noticed several positive changes: I’ve lost weight, lifted more than I ever thought possible, but most importantly, it’s helped my mental health tremendously. I’m excited to continue this journey, and I’m so grateful for this supportive community Coach D has built!

I’ve been coming here 5 days a week for about 4 months now and I am so glad I decided to join The Bakery. Coach D is friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful always pushes you to do your best. The other women I’ve been working out with are all rockstars, everyone is encouraging and wants you to succeed. If you are looking for your gym community this is it.

Long long long overdue for leaving this review! I joined the Bakery back around Nov/Dec initially to get “wedding ready” and never thinking I would fall in love with working out and going to the gym … I didn’t just get in shape for the wedding I gained a confidence in myself and found a community of women and a coach that truly pushes and motivates you and wants to see you improve! Coach D has an energy that is unmatched in a coach and mentor! I’ve never been more motivated and more consistent with the gym until I joined the Bakery and I’ve tried it all; big - overcrowded gyms, home workouts, 1 on 1 coaching and online coaching and nothing compares to what I have gained here at the Bakery. Something that I thought would be for just a duration of a couple months easily became a complete lifestyle change and something that I look forward to continue to progress at!

Gyms have always intimidated me and I’m so glad I found the Bakery. Classes are held in small groups; women of all fitness levels attend so there is absolutely no judgement. I enjoy the size of the groups (usually 10-12ish women), this gives the opportunity for Coach D to guide and assist in anyway needed. As a beginner, I am thankful Coach D is patient and takes the extra time to help me correct form or even modify workouts. Coach D definitely keeps you accountable and motivated throughout every session.
There’s no time for distractions as the classes move fast in between sets and really push you to your limits. I love the fact that I’m SWEATING by the end of the classes. I never thought I’d ever attend a HIIT class, but it has since become a favorite of mine- I definitely feel my body changing.
This gym is an investment for your health... if you’re ready for it- DO IT!
I’m so excited I’m becoming a healthier version of me and so very happy I found The Bakery to help me through this journey.

I have always been incredibly unmotivated when it came to working out. We have a home gym and I RARELY went in there because I always felt lost or underwhelmed by my workouts. I thought it was finally time to turn that around and decided to give The Bakery a shot. I can honestly say I love it! I’ve been going 3 times a week and look forward to it. That’s a big deal for me. I followed them on IG for a while and my only regret is not joining sooner. The coaches are great and have given me the guidance and motivation I desperately needed. The ladies here are all at different fitness levels and the coaches make sure you are reaching your full potential. I’ve only been a member for a few weeks and can already see a difference…Highly recommended!
