Needed to get bandages. Antiseptic ointment and antibacterial cleaning liquid. Arrived at store at 1030pm on Saturday, place was already locked up and no one there.

I frequent this CVS, it usually well stocked and maintained. The staff is friendly, attentive, and very helpful. It normally has the products that I frequently use and that's a huge reason why I come here.

They are always out of stock I swear. On just about everything! hair care, makeup, even over the counter medicines. It's so inconvenient because I always have to make another destination and it's a shame because this location is just up the st from me.

In the pass couple of years CVS pharmacy has been doing a very poor job with my prescriptions. Their computers not updating new prescriptions, I’ve been receiving the wrong milligrams for my prescriptions. Which is very serious.I believe the Problem is; they are understaffed and maybe poor leadership. The new people behind the register are trying to multitask (not good) NOT confirming the prescriptions with the consumer. The answering machine is the worst ever continues to ask you to renew your prescription when it’s not time. CVS needs to hire & train more help for the pharmacy in order to prevent serious errors.

Not enough staff for the last hour before closing .Several times I'vecalled and had to wait 25 to 30min.Recently I had to deal with the rudest Pharmacist (Alias)No problem with the front end of the store

Why do I keep getting texts to pick up my medication and when I get there it's not ready or not even there .. then one of the ppl behind the counter hesitated to give me my meds because I'm pregnant , I'm sorry are you a doctor? also another employee hesitated to give my man my diabetes medication saying I just refilled it when I never did!!!!!!! God forbid something happens to me or baby everyone behind that counter is getting sued! Stop playing w ppls lives and give them their medicine! Avoid this place at all costs im sick of this pharmacy and their incompetence..moving to a diff pharmacy.

Scheduled a fall 23 Covid vaccine with them. They sent a text saying the appointment was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. I rescheduled at CVS at Washington and Broadway, no problem. Marketplace CVS also sent a text saying the vaccine they just canceled was not covered by insurance and would be 190.00. Something is going on with this pharmacy. Be extra careful.

Pharmacist Asatrian was especially kind and expedient with my emergency order of seizure medication for my daughter. He even offered for me to have a flu shot while I waited which I gladly accepted. His level of attentiveness out my stress at ease. We are considering moving my daughter's prescription to this location just because of the great service. Thank you so much, Mr. Asatrian!
