I tried BAMFIT for the free week and it was an awesome experience. I haven't worked out in years but the Coach from the class made me feel so comfortable. You could tell they love what they do, and they enjoy it! Totally recommend BAMFIT. Jesse and his staff are very nice and welcoming.

I have been going to Bamfit for 3 years now and the coaches are amazing, the gym has a fun vibe. Every workout is new and challenging. I am 47 now and my body is definitely slowing down.
