I ordered a part, took that part to a specialist and I was told they gave me the wrong part, once I arrived back to continental they proceed to tell me they will not be giving me a refund because I ordered it, despite them ordering the incorrect part, and even if they didn't order the wrong part why would a business not accept that refund and reach out to their supplier? Because of greed, they already received their cash and basically told me there wasn't anything I could do about it. The customer service isn't great either just a bunch of dudes sitting around avoiding eye contact with customers until someone decides to step away from their burrito to help a customer. I would never recommend this business to anyone I know, I would rather drive to Clark's discount auto than this hole in the wall junk yard reseller.

Save your time & money coming to the place , was told one price over the phone got here and was charged more than was told it'll be a 10 minute wait and I've been here for over 39 minutes waiting for a delivery part . Terrible service

Was driving by in my way to the regular place I go to get my oil changed for my car (Express Lube) which is down the street, and noticed an advertisement for a 19.99 oil change, under new management sign. Drove in to the parking lot, and was being rudely stared at as I pulled in. rolled down the window, and asked the man who was there how much for an oil change. He seemed bothered and asked how many miles I had in my car. I told him and automatically the price went up 10$. And for synthetic oil it went up even more. The sign out front stated 19.99 and in little tiny letters it said "for most cars" so I told him no thank you, and he shot me a dirty look... will never go here considering how rudely they treat people.

I needed an alternator for my car, and I called all of the local shops to price it out. I called and Abner helped me out. Not only was the remanufactured alternator ready for pickup in an hour, but it was 25% less than auto zone. I will be returning the next time I need to repair my car. Plus, when I came back to get the core deposit, I was out in less than 3 minutes! Great customer service, knowledgeable, and very efficient!

Lost all respect for this place ever since finding out they have someone bashing their competitors reputation online. You'd think you would be sneakier about it. An account that gives all your competitors 1 star and only you 5 stars. Car guys have integrity for hard working people... you guys are obviously not car guys...
