“After owning a gaming laptop for many years, I finally decided to dive in and buy a desktop PC. I've heard a lot of great things about IBUYPOWER. The computer I chose is an IBUYPOWER Y60 with an I9 Intel CPU and RTX 4070ti Super Graphics card. I bought this computer a couple of days ago and, so far, everything has been perfect. It runs very quietly and has beautiful RGB colors on the fans and RAM. The only complaint I may have is the keyboard that came with it, which I will most likely be upgrading at some point.”

“I tried installing a new cpu by myself but forgot to update the bios. I didn’t want to do the work so I called. The person is very responsive and is knowledgeable. Service was also pretty quick. My pc was fixed within a day and I’m happy. Overall I highly recommend this place for repairs and diagnostics!”

“3.24.24 I don't know what happened to my AirPod pro...it died on me during the sauna today! It sacrificed itself to save me. I am sad! I had my Airpod for years! RIP! I checked out Best Buy app and it was $249 for a new pair, with insurance and tax will come out to $300. No thank you . My daughter just spent $50 on her Meet hoodie, and that girl is starting to cost me a lot of money for her athletic attires. I decided to be frugal and purchased 2 wired Apple Earpods for $19.99 each. See, only mothers would sacrifice like that for their kids. haha I opted for curbside pick up this time around. I ordered on the Best Buy App, set messages alert and when my order was ready, I received a text. After the gym, I drove to Best Buy and parked on curbside 2. I opened the app and marked that I was there. Within 5 minutes, I received an alert that a sale associate would be on his/her way to me. I also had the option to select where I wanted them to place my items in my car. No driver side's option. When the associate arrived, I gave him the 4 digit code and he handed me my pair of ear-pods. Then Yelp I went and poof he was gone. lol. Very quick and convenient process. On top of that, after this Best Buy check in...I received two recognitions from Yelp, The Dukedom and the Domestic Badge...hey they are a big deal to me! :)”

“Like most people nowadays, I live off my computer, so when I spelt juice on my keypad, it was a computer catastrophe! I took it to Best Buy geek squad , I was lucky to encounter Adrian, who told me the realistic probability of what I was facing, but they would give it their best. It was luck that they were able to back up my data because I'm a business owner, and I had multiple files on there . A few days later, I hadn't received my computer. It was still being worked on, but I decided that I need to buy a new one irregardless of this one or not. Gibran help me figure out a computer based on my needs, spent an extensive amount of time educating me -I'm old-school don't know a whole lot about IT. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain it in a way that made me understand what it was. I was purchasing unlike the last time I purchased from Best Buy. I went to pick up my computer today ,and Grace was there. I've had the pleasure of working with Grace on the phone, answering questions, she sends me email updates on the status of what's going on with the computer that is being repaired . Again , extremely knowledgeable, extremely friendly. I just want to say thank you guys for saving my Files, getting me hooked up with a brand new computer, and doing it in such a manner that my sent me out the doors a happy customer.”

“Where do I begin? I bought an iMac desktop back in 2020, and last year, I noticed it was beginning to run extremely slow, to the point where nothing was opening anymore. Finally, my iMac officially crashed, and I knew I had two options: either fix it or get a new one.I had received a few quotes, but due to the delicacy of my screen, many technicians were reluctant to touch it or were charging an insane fee just to open it. When I spoke to other technicians, it seemed like they were attempting quick fixes on my computer. However, my experience with Zap Computers was night and day.Upon arriving, the technician Julio was very friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed the realm of possibilities regarding what could be wrong with my computer, but he emphasized that we wouldn't know for sure until they opened and examined it. We talked about the delicacy of the screen, and not once did he mention charging me extra, unlike the others.I left my computer overnight, and the next day, he called to inform me exactly what was happening. He presented several options, some cost-effective and others that would enhance my computer's performance beyond its original state. I opted to install a new hard drive, and I cannot begin to tell you how fast my computer is now. It's running faster and better than when I bought it. I can't believe I waited so long to bring it in.Julio and everyone at Zap Computers truly know what they are doing. With several years in the industry, their reputation surpasses itself.
