“After owning a gaming laptop for many years, I finally decided to dive in and buy a desktop PC. I've heard a lot of great things about IBUYPOWER. The computer I chose is an IBUYPOWER Y60 with an I9 Intel CPU and RTX 4070ti Super Graphics card. I bought this computer a couple of days ago and, so far, everything has been perfect. It runs very quietly and has beautiful RGB colors on the fans and RAM. The only complaint I may have is the keyboard that came with it, which I will most likely be upgrading at some point.”

As someone who works for a major cell Carrier, I've heard the horror stories of having to send my clients to the Apple store from their account and dreaded my visit. I'm happy to report that my experience today (March 5th, 2024) was amazing! Kyle is a very intelligent associate, apple and Tim Cook should be lucky to have such a driven employee who goes above and beyond the call of duty. I came in for my sons tablet that was malfunctioning, fortunately, the device was still under Apples one year warranty, and Kyle determined that the tablet was defective and replaced the tablet with the same model . I was out of the store within 30 min of arriving. Thank you gentleman for making this a smooth in and out and ultimately making my son happy that we were leaving with a new device.”

“Where do I begin? I bought an iMac desktop back in 2020, and last year, I noticed it was beginning to run extremely slow, to the point where nothing was opening anymore. Finally, my iMac officially crashed, and I knew I had two options: either fix it or get a new one.I had received a few quotes, but due to the delicacy of my screen, many technicians were reluctant to touch it or were charging an insane fee just to open it. When I spoke to other technicians, it seemed like they were attempting quick fixes on my computer. However, my experience with Zap Computers was night and day.Upon arriving, the technician Julio was very friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed the realm of possibilities regarding what could be wrong with my computer, but he emphasized that we wouldn't know for sure until they opened and examined it. We talked about the delicacy of the screen, and not once did he mention charging me extra, unlike the others.I left my computer overnight, and the next day, he called to inform me exactly what was happening. He presented several options, some cost-effective and others that would enhance my computer's performance beyond its original state. I opted to install a new hard drive, and I cannot begin to tell you how fast my computer is now. It's running faster and better than when I bought it. I can't believe I waited so long to bring it in.Julio and everyone at Zap Computers truly know what they are doing. With several years in the industry, their reputation surpasses itself. If you're looking for honest and reliable technicians, this is it. I'm referring all my friends and family to them.”
