I don't know why but every time I come into the ELA branch of Citibank there always seems to be just one taller with many customers waiting in line. I don't know if it's segregated by the make up of the community but I believe there should be something done about it.

This isn't the first time at all. This bank is never avail to answer calls. I've spent the entire day trying to get ahold of someone and you get transferred to a call center and then transferred back only to me told they are not avail to answer calls. This has happened every single tone I try to reach this branch. I recommend going to the branch on Valencia. If it wasn't for the other branch I would've been long gone from this bank. I'm trying to book an appt with them because It's the one nearest to my house and I just can't get through. Last time this happened, I walked in just to be told I need to call and make an appt. so annoying. Don't go to this bank.

This review is specifically for city bank corporations . I open my account last year, I had over drawn my account for 2 days and now they tell me is closed. I waited for a manager and never answered the phone I was waiting for 1 hour until I hang up and they said my check will arrived in 60 days because my account is closed. That doesn't make any sense. I hope no one else goes through this bad customer service from this bank. Close your accounts and move to different banks because this one sucks.

Horrible service!! Rude tellers and extremely immature! Very unprofessional and high school mentality. Will note going back! Do not express themselves in a professional manner regarding costumer services.

This's probably the worst customer service experience of my life.... the lil kid behind the counter has no manners whatsoever and the to top it off their AC was not working in hot a** day in sunny Cali... and he's response was.... ash it not working..... lmfao!

I have no problems with the tellers! They are GREAT! PSHHH! Mario( the manager or stupidvisor) on the other hand is a piece of work! He is rude! Always has a stank face! The line could be out the door and he does nothing to help the tellers. I never really see him do anything except walk around and "HELP".

only two tellers with a line of over 20 people. the two managers sit at their desk and talk about nothing instead of helping. small cramped area , would imagine this being an atm not a "bank"

I love the way you deposit your money for the credit card to make a payment all you have to do is take to put your card in. it asked you like three questions then you put the check in and you're done. It took me no more than two or three minutes to make a deposit. It makes the Cosco card so worth it. I wish they would've put it in the Costco magazine so I would know earlier.
