Came in today and a girl by the door with Cheetah print like glasses and a head set asked us what we needed told us they don’t do loans there we have to go online pretty much pushing us out the door cause they close in a hour , was no help at all made us feel like we were being kicked out of the building cause she kept say no to everything we were asking . I will be switching banks the customer service here is awful no one should ever feel like this going into the bank .

Friendly and informative staff. They thought my son was older and solicited him to open an account. He can open a "high school " account with a parent.

In the past this particular branch of Chase has always been exceptional. However the new staff that serves new accounts and/or account services is disappointing beyond measure. The new staff has very little tact they were unwilling to help us out this is the 2nd time we walked with appointment they claimed they couldn’t find our appointment set. Apparently you can’t walk in there without an appointment anymore and if even if you do have one they are still unwilling to help. Dissatisfied, shocked and extremely disappointed by the performance of this branch I have been banking here for over 25 years. Never have I ever been disrespected by anyone like I have the past 2 days.

Beware! Do not deposit money into ATM At this location! I deposited cash today and it kept my money and now it will take up to 90 days to return my cash! I also went inside to tell the employees what happened and they told me " sorry it's been happening to a lot of people lately"... so she just told me that this is common problem, this problem should be resolved and not just let it keep happening to other customers. Very disappointed in chase.

I rarely ever go in to the branch because it's easier to use the atm. Today I had to cash some checks. Extremely condescending tellers here. She was polite, but you can tell she had an attitude throughout the transaction.

Came here today for Notary service . Initially, I tried to make an appointment by calling the bank branch, but ended up leaving a message for someone to call me back. Brian Yee who is the Notary called back promptly within the hour and we were able to set an appointment time. I was happy this service was available on a Saturday too! Upon entering the branch on our appointment day, we were greeted within minutes and asked to have a seat and wait momentarily. Brian came to escort us to his cubicle and proceeded to help us with the documents. This was done in a timely and efficient manner. We were in and out in no time. Best part is, if you have an account with this bank, notary service is free !

It wont let me put 0 stars or I would have. Many years ago I had debit overdraft protection and they told me anything would be paid up to three days with no overdraft fees until I deposited money to cover it. Well, I havent had any problems with until today. 6 overdraft charges for $34 were assessed to my balance. I called Chase and the lady I spoke to said they dont offer overdraft protection. That on top of their ATM's never working was the last straw. I am switching to Schools First and giving Chase the old "**** You". I'm sick of their shitty customer service and attitudes. I wish I could walk in there and tell them all to f*** off but they'd prob panic and call the Po Po. Do yourselves a favor and lets all boycott chase. They suck big long hard ones.
