They do not close at four on a Saturday as posted on Yelp. They close at two pm! We drive all the way over here after going to their other location on the other side of Whittier. Major L for Chase. Change your hours. Very misleading information.

I wish I could give them a zero. Turned in a Power of Attorney that they denied based on not being notarized. I said California law requires either two witnesses or a notary. They said the two witnesses were OK, but they needed another form. They can't explain what they need. So I asked to speak to legal who makes all the decisions in approving or rejecting. Apparently, I'm not able to speak with legal. so I have to take my mother out of her hospice bed and take her to Chase Bank so she can access the money she needs for her care. It makes you wonder, how much money do banks make from people who can't access their funds and it's not enough to hire a lawyer to get those funds. Just a thought.

My mom had fraud on her account and I took her to chase in Whittier CA so they could help her out and we were told that there was no one to help us out that we would have to make an appointment. We asked to teller if she could order a new card And send it to the address in California because she was going to stay down here for two months. She said no problem but gets to be that she send it toTexas. The teller made us an appointment for next day at 12 PM with Adriana J Rosas. we got to the bank 10 minutes before 12 nobody even bother to ask us if we had an appointment or we were waiting for someone . Adriana J rosas called us to her desk, but there was never a greeting as she told us that we had an option of calling customer service on the phone that we didn’t have to go into the bank. I told her I understand we try that already but it’s not working out for my mom . Her response was well. The only difference by you coming in here is that I’m the one who’s gonna be calling customer service it looks like she didn’t really want to help us . I just want to say I am very disappointed with the customer service that Adriana J Rosas gave us .

So a few I read stupid bad about staff. Ridiculous post this monkeys people complaining about it.. I'm customers for years and never have problems with them all employees are so great and being a chase corporation for years from NY bussinnes are I love chase I I'll be my favorite bank all 2 chase in Whittier I know them ❤️ and I I be always customers ❤️ freely o can Las Vegas chase or San Francisco Arizona are friendly happy ? awesome chase all nationwide soon I'll be on new york vacation I'll do chase too!! Trust

Chase bank is the worst bank in the world. I wrote 12 checks and with money in my account. They bounced 5 It's horrific and customer service is horrible. I wait 30 minutes to get any help and the help is worthless

Walked in to ask questions regarding international travel using money/card. I desk was occupied by worker helping someone, turns out shes a worker too. She saw us standing by table(where u sign in) but no paper to sign. Asked how can I help?We said we having questions regarding money spending for international travel... she said foreign exchange is at teller, go there. I said well we have other questions about credit card, thats when the worker(sitting on customer side), said any exchange foreign currency is @ teller.Finally another lady from another desk walks up( Yes the other ladies addressed us while still sitting), but then started to say the same thing.By the time we explained in DETAILS about money wiring and etc, we were fed up with the attitudes we received from all 3 workers.Its a shame this is our usual branch, but the workers change.Not all are bad, like the tellers. Its unfortunate that they have this attitude.

Came in on the first of the month last month and the heavy set guy who was the teller was extremely rude. I come in asking for a cashiers check and he says the printers jammed and can't do it. It's a piece of paper you just pull out of a printer! If you can't do that simple task you shouldn't be handling my money. I was so close to withdrawing all my money and closing my account because of his lack of wanting to work. He was really heavy set so he probably didn't want to get off his butt to work. If things like this keep happening I'll take my business elsewhere. This is why Ai is taking over we need robots here not lazy workers who can't do their job.

Horrible customer service. The worse chase branch I've ever been to. I was told to make an appointment but apparently it's not needed. They just take whomever in without an appointment while making the person with the appointment wait. Never again!!!

Terrible, unwelcoming and unprofessional experience with Adriana j Rosas. Attitude was very rude. Did not help us with advice at all. Please remove her from the branch, she is terrible for the community.

The worst chase bank I ever been to. Unwilling to help and very unfriendly staff (I should have asked her name because other staffs were nice...) wouldn't want to come back here.

Terrible customer service. Walked in to open a new account and after sitting in the lobby for 10 minutes someone came out to tell me that you need to make an appointment and they refused to open a new account for. They also had no appointments available for the next week.
