My girlfriend Jessica was victimized by a skimmer on their ATM. It cloned information on her EDD Card. The bad people proceeded over three Whittier branches to remove $1,000, $1,000 & $900 that she had saved up. Branch management have been unresponsive & hostile to her. It is time for BofA to cut her a check for $2,900 & secure safety of their Arms. Act now!!!

Expect 25-45 min wait anytime you need to see a teller. They usually only have 2 tellers working and 4 or 5 other people walking around doing nothing. They have one person walking along the full line asking why people are there. I told her to "cash a check" and she reminded me that I need to sign the back. What???? Bothered me to tell me something I already know??? Worse experience I have ever had at a bank.

The worst Bank of America I've ever visited. 16 customers in line, 8 teller windows, and only 1 teller working during the lunch hour rush. I see 4 bank employees on their computers. Wtf are you guys doing!? Do not come here!!!

Worst location. I had to wait in line 45min and at the end the employee couldn't help me cash my check since I was not a customer of Bank of America.

This Bank is very un organized and very unprofessional they seriously need to Really re train these tellers the manager was use less and pretty much all Liars my mom came to cash a 200. Dollar check that was from Bank of America she forgot her debit card and doesn't know her social or account number by heart. How ever she had her drivers Liscense they told her she couldn't cash her check because she didn't have her account number or social. she has been cashing her checks with out Acct number or social out many times the check is only for 200. It wasn't going to her account she was cashing it out and they wanted to charge her 8.00 to cash Really I cashed out my 401k for 17.000 and I didn't get charged no 8.00 and I didn't have an account with B of A the Teller name was Karla they clearly don't know what there doing she finally cashed it because I was able to retrieve her account number the teller didn't even give her a receipt. I will be calling corporate to Address the issue they clearly don't know what there doing.

If you have a complaint against "FINANCIAL CENTER MANAGER" (JUAN CARLOS BARRERA) I urge you to call and document your complaint @ (800) 432-1000! Make sure you ask for your complaint to be placed in his personnel file and that you are given a case #!!!His service stinks! And needs correction!! He needs serious coaching!! I just switched my business account from CITIBANK to Bank Of America. So far first day, came in for a temporary check and was told none were provided, cool, banker gave me a direct deposit form with account info no problem!! Second day I came in to withdrawal, teller starts to process my transaction and calls over a manager (JUAN CARLOS BARRERA) for approval due to large amount being withdrawn. Teller asks him twice to come over to assist and he didn't want to might be because he asked me to leave for not having a face mask!! I went to the car and got one and came back. I told him they should also wear a mask for safety and stated "we don't need to wear one because we are the employees"I told him well OKAY! Back to the transaction him and the teller stared at the screen for 18 minutes!! Mind you there is a long line! He has my identification card which is current and not expired! Also asked me last deposit amount and merchant who deposited, funds were directly deposited which makes them available immediately with no holds! He still wanted more to verify me, had a 6 DIGIT CODE sent to my cellphone which was authenticated successfully. After all he said I will decline your transaction, I asked why and said because I am unable to verify you. What! All those tokens and you couldn't verify me yeah right! I then asked who he reported to and he walked away. I had to walk his direction to ask for a business card and who he reported to, he declined to provide superiors name, I asked another manager and he gave me his superiors information MARIBEL GUTIERREZ, FINANCIAL CENTER MANAGER III, I asked for a phone number to reach her toFile a complaint and was told they couldn't give it to me. I called customer service and waited 20 mins on the phone to speak to a representative, I filed a complaint to make sure JUAN CARLOS BARRERA improves his customer service and does not treat customer however he feels like it, service representatives should treat customers equally and fairly, it is because of customers that businesses maintain open and it is because of customers that people like JUAN CARLOS BARRERA HAS A JOB! However he shouldn't be FINANCIAL CENTER MANAGER!!! DESERVES A DEMOTION IN MY OPINION!!!

They suck...JC (Juan Carlos) Barrera seriously needs to improve his customer services skills and addressing his customers as a Financial Services Manager his a total joke of a manager. He really thought he was going to talk at me as if he was somebody! By the way I was waiting in line for 20 minutes there were 2 tellers and about 10 minutes in it went down to 1 teller...while there was 6-7 other B of A workers standing around chit chatting...wow, when we need to be in and out quickly with this virus!Bank of America needs to really train their managers and tellers most of my encounters with any services with them they are horrible can wait till my tax refund comes in to pay off my car and be done with Bank of America can't stand them!

Yesterday I took my 80 year old father to the bank so that I can be added to his account. The man can barely walk we sat down and someone came and asked if we needed help. I told them I wanted to be added to his account they asked me if I had an appointment I said I had no appointment I asked is there a number I can call she told me I had to go onto the website on my smart phone and make an appointment we made an appointment for 3 o'clock. Come back at 3 o'clock and the gentleman asked if we got a confirmation our appointment I said no I had made an appointment and that was that I was not gonna come back he said they were very busy which they were not no one in the bank had a smile no 1 everybody walked around like if they hated their job. I cannot believe They could not help me the 1st time and made me come back what happened to customer service??? I wanted to make a stink about it but my father was already upset and I didn't want to start a scene but I have never Been in a bank that made me come back just to add me on an account I will never bank at Bank of America I will let people know of the experience I had with this bank horrible horrible. Remember people somebody out there wants your job so you should learn to love it. Bad service Bank of America very bad service.

All atms weren't taking cash deposits nor were they allowing withdrawals. I go inside and there are two tellers working and a huge line. I am paying a fee for a service that should be convenient, however, this corporation doesn't deliver. Maybe I should take my business somewhere else.

These people are the worst. They truly lack customer service & interpersonal skills starting from the tellers to the slim dark guy walking around in a suit. He's there to "assist" guests, but he sucks at it. Chase bank personnel in Whittier provides actual, polite customer service. I'm switching.

WARNING: DO NOT US THE ATMs HERE!!!! The ATMs at this B of A branch have skimmers in them, that is for certain. My debit card information was stolen after using the ATM. Simply go to YouTube and search for "skimming scams", you will see how the skimmers are installed an ATM machines, unfortunately this Bank of America has been tampered with. I want to protect others from avoiding what happened to me.
