“The Assistant manager who helped me at the Signal Hill location on 01/05/23 (I wished I remembered his name) was so pleasant and helped me get me in a Tesla rental while my car was getting repaired, which was a fun experience. Turned it back in at the Whittier location because that’s where the Assistant manager worked at. Overall this was my first experience renting with Hertz and I will definitely come back! Thank you!”
