I have known Shard since 2016. He has always been diligent in making sure he knows what's going on with me and how the treatments are affecting me. I have always appreciated his professionalism and staying on top of knowing where I am at with my treatments. I am so grateful for Shard and hope he is always here taking care of me while doing my treatments.

CSP is great! I feel great since I have been coming. I have CIDP and was experiencing problems with walking. I have been coming for about 6 months now! I feel so much better. Thanks to the great staff… Lucianna and Shard! The are awesome?

Never heard of them til I received a bill for Botox I never received. My neurologist and I had agreed I would try Botox, so they were going to submit for AUTH, and I then decided 1-2 weeks later I didn’t want to try botox. Never being told they ordered the Botox. I called this pharmacy, they refuse to write it off or work with the DR’s office, but instead leaving me liable for botox I never agreed to or signed consent for, never knew was even ordered. I’ll handle the DR’s office later, but this pharmacy should be working something out with the office, not bill me. Completely unethical.

I have been doing my infusion with California Specialty Pharmacy threw my Neurologist Dr. Altamimi's office in Rancho Cucamunga for over a year now. Shard is excellent handling the procedure. He is very kind and knowledgeable. He really cares about his patiences with a positive attitude and very professional. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with CPS , due to one of their team members Natalie Lara. Her ability to deal with patients that are challenging just as myself. She was able to turn around my state of panick. I went from feeling scared to knowing that Natalie was was genuinely concerned and had my back, sure enough she was able to resolve the situation. That is why CSP is an exceptional company because of people like Natalie.Note: CSP, show Natalie both the "love " and the money!!!!!

Natalie is an angel. Not only did she help with getting our medication to us in a timely manner... she went above and beyond. She really seen us as people lost and with her knowledge and empathy really gave a big hand up for us to navigate a very difficult healthcare system. Give this woman a raise!!!!

They are supplying my Ultomiris infusion and have had no problem i the 8 months that they have been providing this medication to my infusion center. There customer service is great and friendly.
