“Hector and his family are such wonderful people. Their attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. I highly highly highly recommend using their services.I came into their shop with a damaged front and rear bumper, left front quarter panel, tailgate, electrical components, lights, and scratches and dings throughout the vehicle. During the process of repairing my vehicle, Hector always kept me up to speed. He updated me with photos and texts throughout his process. He made repairs that I didn’t know were possible on severe dings on a tight corner of the tailgate of my 4runner. I had previously asked another body shop if they could make the repair and they told me I would need to buy a whole new tailgate, with an astronomical price tag. When I showed Hector my tailgate, he saw no challenge, and executed the repair with such precision, I am still dumbfounded as to how he did it. He matched the stock paint throughout the vehicle so perfectly, you can not tell even the slightest difference. After they were done with my 4runner, it looked like it had just left the showroom floor.I could keep writing about all the magic they performed on my vehicle haha but I’ll cut myself short for those listening. “I had back end damage and the whole bumper assembly needed to be replaced. When I tell y'all that this place fixed my car to where it looked better than before it was damaged. I've used other auto repair companies and they had a hard time matching my paint (white windchill pearl). Personally I'm very skeptical, meticulous and tedious person, so I was looking and expecting something to be wrong. It didn't happen and I owe a very big thank you to Haik and the green leaf auto crew. I hope to never have to use them again, but in the event I do, hands down I'm going back. Daniel helped me from beginning to end and kept me updated from the estimate up until pick up when he showed me the finished product and even explained how the traffic safety sensor was fixed by showing me the old one. They gave me an estimate of 10 business days, but it was ready in exactly 1 week, dropped off on Wednesday morning and picked up the very next Wednesday morning! They even cleaned my car. “Questions for VTC reguarding parts: Why dont you have website parts availability lookup when i have the part # ? It would be so great to look up and pay for will-call orders... I know i can call but Ive found (when looking up parts) that misunderstandings over what I want led to wrong part ordered..
