I like this car wash please I like the more when it was $5 it's $8 now but hey time to changing pay 30 bucks for the whole month and you're good you got good service good customer service there people real nice you're in and you're out and got a clean car

THIS IS NOT THE CURRENT BUSINESS. CURRENT OWNER IS HIDING HIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS BEHIND THESE REVIEWS.Take a second to look at the other place on Google maps at the same location. I’m posting g the same review I left there here:DO NOT GO HEREIf I could leave negative stars I would. Their machine broke my car and they’re refusing to pay for the repair. Their machine ripped the antenna cover off of the top of my car. Not only that- I was referred to the owner who quite literally ignored me. They handed me the phone and he ignored me. When I called the owner’s number I was given I was sent to voicemail and ignored and have not received a call back from my vm. I’m in utter shock at the atrocious customer service. I was told that their machines rip parts off of cars all the time. To add insult to injury- my car is still dirty. This $10 car wash is going to cost me more than $500+. Be aware and DO NOT GO HERE.

Update- Luong the owner is shady shady shady!! Instead of returning my calls or text like a responsible business owner, he blocked my number. Do not go here unless you're willing to having property damage that will not be addressed. Subaru quoted me $767 for the repair. A previous review mentioned Luong said he wouldn't fix their damaged Kia because they're pieces of sh**. Wondering if he thinks Subarus are also pieces of sh** too. I cannot believe how irresponsible this business owner is.

This business does not even deserve one star! This place has faulty equipment, (that will damage your property!!) which they take ZERO responsibility for! DO NOT GO HERE! Management acknowledges that their equipment is faulty and refuse to compensate for damages. TERRIBLE business.

I am beyond horrified with Big Wave Car Wash. While I understand that occasional minor scratches can happen due to automated machines, it's inexcusable for a car wash to repeatedly cause significant damage to multiple vehicles without taking responsibility or making amends.To put it plainly, if you choose to have your car cleaned here, there's a high likelihood of damage. In my friend's case, they not only damaged her antenna cover but also completely snapped off one of her side mirrors. The treatment she received from the staff lacked empathy and was incredibly poor.A glance at their Yelp page reveals numerous customers who've endured similar, if not worse, ordeals. My advice is to avoid this establishment at all costs.

Do NOT wash your car here. Their wash will break secure parts off your vehicle, then the owner will refuse to speak to you on the phone, and tell his underpaid hourly workers to deny you any assistance or liability. A $10 cash turned into a $500 repair. NOT WORTH IT

This is my first and last time going to this car wash. I had to deal with the most aggressive and rude older asian male employee at this location. He barked instruction orders at me to align my vehicle properly and hit my car with his hands several times to make a point that he was the boss! I kept my calm and inspected my vehicle after the wash for any damages. There were none, but warning anyone who is even considering this place, DON'T DO IT!

I am giving two stars instead of one because prior to today I have had good experiences here with good service, and the prices are reasonable. However, I was very upset about the service I received today.Usually there is someone at the entrance, but there wasn't today, and being that I've gone through the motions many a time, I already know about aligning the tires against the rubber and putting it in neutral. I did just that and patiently waited for the machine to pull my car in. I was wondering if I drove in a little too far, but it wasn't actually all the way in either.That's when I was approached by an older, disgruntled employee who told me to pull out and proceeded to lecture me about some yellow cone off to the side that apparently was supposed to be the most obvious thing in the world that I was supposed to stop there and wait for an employee. He copped a serious attitude, giving me a number of rude gestures whilst complaining that I missed my turn because of that. It seemed completely uncalled for and unprofessional being that A) HE, not I, but he, who works there, was not at his post to give proper direction, B) IDK where he got the idea that a yellow cone off to the side was the most obvious indicator to stop, or why he thought it gave him the right to lecture me.I told him too - that is NOT a stop sign. There are no signs anywhere. IDK why you think that's equivalent to a stop sign. Maybe if it was directly in the middle, blocking my entrance, but I've been to many car washes that are self service, and had no issue.He just shook his head at me, as if I was the one putting a damper on his day. I proceeded to follow his instruction to my car wash, and when I was done, I wrote this review, so that y'all can be forewarned about their customer service.

Rude attendant woman just talking instead of working. When I paid and try to proceed a cne was blocking entrance she go cone got stuck under my car causing damage. She need to go!

Purchased Full Wash with all extras. Tunnel assistant very responsive- mirrors, antenna removal. Small lot to maneuver. HAD TO ASK FOR TIRE SHINE: "you have to tell us ahead of time."Really?
