I was in need of a part that not even the manufacturer sells anymore. I contacted Becs and they were willing to take the part I needed off of a core they had on the shelf and mailed it to me asap. My local Freightliner shop sent me in Becs direction and they were spot on. Extremely helpful, they will be my first contact with any future turbo related issues.

I own a Diesel Land Cruiser 2005 4.2 engine, 1HD-FTE. In 2014 I was having hard time with the drivability and power of the car. I'm located in Costa Rica. I shipped the fuel pump to this company, their people was so kind to me, they help me checking repairing and programming the fuel pump. After that, this engine runs great, and it's being 8 years since and the cars still power and smooth. 100% Recommended!!

Update to my previous review: Doug of Becs Bacific made this right and paid for my mechanics fees, I appreciate their willingness to work with me to come to an understanding. I will continue to do business with Becs!We have purchased a few turbo's through Bec's and previously had a good working relationship with Terry. Unfortunately Terry has taken ill and has been replaced with a new manager, Patrick. On 6/3/21 we purchased 6 re-manufactured injectors from this location. Upon initial installation 5 out of 6 of the injectors failed upon installation. We had them tested at a 3rd party vendor and have a written report of their failure. I contacted Patrick at Becs to get the items refunded and have a discussion about reimbursement for our labor bill of $3000 from our mechanic to install the faulty injectors, then pull them, then reinstall new injectors. Patrick offered to return the injectors but offered no solution for the labor costs associated with the faulty product they sold, claiming it is not their policy. When questioned as to where this policy was written on the invoice so that I as a customer could understand their policies he was left dumbfounded. So, that leaves me figuring out how to pay my mechanic to do a job twice. I guess I'll see them in small claims court!

I worked with Becs Pacific for almost 2 years. Let me tell you one of the best places I worked. They showed me the in and outs of Diesel Fuel Injection. They taught me how to greet and treat a customer over the counter. They try to push the work out as soon as they receive fuel injectors, fuel pumps, and turbos and anything else that has to do with the fuel supply. They have other locations in California with the same quality services if your ever in the Fresno, Bakersfield , Whittier and San Bernardino area give them a call. They always find the solution for your problem

I had a turbo rebuilt. With in 100hrs the turbo malfunctioned. Had a 1 yr warranty. BECS did not warranty. Or even try. They're dishonest and chumps. Said my turbo had a lack of lubrication. That's a negative. I've been wrenching 25yrs. I personally completely rebuilt this engine. All new components. New oil. New oil filter. New Air filter. After I replaced the turbo and checked the oil flow from the top, they still won't cover my warranty. And they even gave me back my turbo missing fittings. They buy cheap Chinese JUNK. Repackage it and sell it. Don't waste your time.

I had some injectors tested here and had to rebuild two of them and reseal the rest of them. My truck has ben running strong ever since. The staff was very helpful and quick to get the rebuild done.
