“I went to Auto Zone in Montebello to check my battery and alternator. They told me both my battery and alternator needed to be changed. They didn't want to help with changing the batter and could really care less.I then went to O'Reillys and KEVIN helped me out SIGNIFICANTLY! Not only did he help me realize it was just my bad battery, he got his tools to take the parts out install my battery for free. I have 2013 chevy impala so there a a few steps and tools needed to take it out. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Never going to Autozone again. KEVIN at O'Reillys was awesome! Thank you again!”

“This place was a lifesaver! My friend's car broke down due to overheating. I called in, and a gentleman named Jeff answered quickly to let me know if they had coolant for her Jeep. It was near closing, so I was moving quickly. He answered all of my questions, was knowledgeable about potential issues, and let me know the parts needed. He offered to help me if I needed any further assistance with putting in the part. I did end up needing help, and he stopped by to help me install a temporary fix to the car issue. I am very grateful for his help and that he was able to help get my friend home safely. Thank goodness for people like Jeff and for keeping this man working at O'Reilly's. I am grateful!”

“Stephen and Joseph saved my bacon! I was having problems with my old 12v battery and brought it in for a check. Stephen pointed out that 10 years was overdue for a battery change and he was right. I brought it in the next day and, when I tried to disconnect the connector around the negative terminal, the terminal post snapped off. Joseph helped me out with a spray acid corrosion foam spray that helped me get the connector off. Then he tracked down the right battery for me and ordered it in. I picked up the replacement battery today, and after a bit of installation, my car was back to humming along like it used to! Many thanks, Stephen and Joseph!”

“Thankfully this auto parts store is open later than most others. The o Reilly that's closer to my house closes 2 hours before this location. I was in need of a new battery for my car key, and the employee (shout out to Pablo) at the front really helped with the installation. I've never had to replace the battery in my car key before so if it weren't for him I would have had a hard time at home. After finishing the installation, Pablo showed me recommendations on the computer for if I were to replace the key altogether, so that's an option I might look into for the future. Great customer service.”

“My car battery needed to be replaced. I drove to O'Reilley's . They said on the phone they'd install the new one unless a complicated installation. One of the cashiers promptly spoke to me when he got off the phone, and came outside to look at my battery. Unfortunately my battery clamp was bent way down and he didn't have the right tools. Advised I should take it to an auto shop. Of course when I tried to leave my battery died again. Went back in and asked the same cashier if he could jump my car. Oh... I felt like a pain in the butt! But he was happy to help. Quickly grabbed a jumper unit and got my car started. Told me how much I should expect to pay for a new battery at an auto shop. What a wonderful experience! I plan to go back there with some tools from home. Why give the business to anyone else!”
