“It was the most refreshing and positive banking experience I'd ever had! As an employee of a local school district, I found out about this institution when talking about my car troubles with a coworker. He then told me about SchoolsFirst and how they'd helped him out with an auto loan when he was having car troubles of his own a few years ago. I inquired further with him and he told me about all of the other positive experiences he'd had with them and the benefits they offer. So I went this weekend with about an hour until closing and I walked in and the nicest person, who was in training, Deven, greeted me, asked me to have a seat in their waiting area, and then shortly called me over to the side where he and Scarlett asked what they could help me with and they'd helped me to open an account and apply for an auto loan and I let them know that I didn't have the best credit score so I was nervous about the outcome and about an hour after I'd arrived home, I was notified that I had been approved! Thank you so much to Scarlett and Deven for your kindness and assistance! I'm so glad to be a part of this institution!”

“Yesterday I took my son to Wells Fargo to open an account. No one offered to help us and said that no one could open a new account and we had to make an appointment but there weren't any appointments and we had to wait until maybe 4pm. We left. We went to B of A by our house and were welcomed by everyone who walked by us. We were helped within seconds and sitting in an office opening up a new account. I stayed out of the office in the lobby area and every associate who walked by me asked if I had been helped. He opened his account in less than 30 minutes. We felt so welcomed at this bank and am very glad we went there. Wells Fargo lost a customer but B of A gained one! Thank you to all who helped and made us feel so welcome.”
