“Came into the bank a little less than an hour before closing with my wife and toddler, and not only did we accomplish everything we went in do, but several of the bank staff went above and beyond to make our visit a positive and memorable one. Our toddler was excessively restless while we sat with a bank representative, and a gentleman from the Welcome Counter staff came by to offer us snacks and refreshments, and another bank staff next door gave our toddler toys to distract him. We greatly appreciated their patience and understanding, and feel confident that we chose the right credit union to meet our banking needs.”
“I just want to say Juana was a literal angel. I had my car and mailbox broken into and someone kept accessing my accounts. I felt overwhelmed, helpless and violated. I was literally at the brink of tears walking into the bank. I was already dealing with a loss in the family so this fraudulent activity was more than I was able to bare at the time. I went to the Garden Grove location and although the teller was nice she didn’t really help me in any way. Juana took her time, listened and gave me the number to the identity protection department. I really believe God makes no mistakes and sent me an angel in my time of need. She was so professional and empathetic . She started an account for me but it was more like a therapy session and she was my therapist. She listened,shared stories of her pup and even got my dog some dog treats from the back. There really are NO words to express how grateful I am. It is just an example of no matter the job or position, a person of God is always doing Gods work. So grateful and thankful. Thank you Juana (from me and Chewbacca) for being my angel when I was about to break.”

“It was the most refreshing and positive banking experience I'd ever had! As an employee of a local school district, I found out about this institution when talking about my car troubles with a coworker. He then told me about SchoolsFirst and how they'd helped him out with an auto loan when he was having car troubles of his own a few years ago. I inquired further with him and he told me about all of the other positive experiences he'd had with them and the benefits they offer. So I went this weekend with about an hour until closing and I walked in and the nicest person, who was in training, Deven, greeted me, asked me to have a seat in their waiting area, and then shortly called me over to the side where he and Scarlett asked what they could help me with and they'd helped me to open an account and apply for an auto loan and I let them know that I didn't have the best credit score so I was nervous about the outcome and about an hour after I'd arrived home, I was notified that I had been approved! Thank you so much to Scarlett and Deven for your kindness and assistance! I'm so glad to be a part of this institution!”
“Friendly staff and relatively quick compared to big name banks. Unfortunately no ATM outside which sucks when wanting to withdraw cash. (7-11 ATMs only let you withdraw so much)”

He did in fact write the check, but I appreciated that because it was an out of the ordinary purchase it was flagged until I could verify that he did write it. “Clean building and professional staff. Comparing to other Citi Banks this is the one I'd rather visit even if I lived far from here. There's plenty of parking as it's in the Whittwood Shopping center however the bank has its own parking lot or at least more private. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.”

“Came into town from out if state to take care of business for my elderly mother. Not fun. When we had to get to the banking end of it Adiline was so kind and patient with my mother. Updating paperwork, signing and helping us with legal paperwork, setting up new car leasse for auto pay. Even telliNg us tips on when the best time to go to DMV. 3:00 BTW....
