Poor customer service (Michele assisting today). Long lines and very unresponsive staff! Banking elsewhere as this seems to me a recurring problem at this location.

Bank Of America is probably the worst bank you can go with these people are criminal. They should literally be thrown in jail. There’s really nothing else I could say about this Bank besides how criminal it is, the one thing I will say to people reading this review is get out of the banking system and go to the credit union or a local bank do not bank with these big banks they will screw you over.

If using ATM stay away from the right machine. I’d always use middle or left yet these were both out of service on a day I’d gone, forced to use the right machine…scratched the heck out of my Lexus rims (left side) ouch! There’s a slope in front to the right and seams you must turn your wheels to the left as you exit, keep straight out of ATM before turning your wheel to the left, otherwise you too will damage your tires/rims. I don’t know what my damage is yet but sure will cost more than what I pulled out day of.

This bank is 1st in bad service. Doesn't matter which branch. They're all the same. That tell's us all management and tellers get the same training. Bad training. Policies on your personal banking has too be their likes, NOT the customer. They will nail you you with all kinds of fees on your checking account and your savings account. Gone to a better bank.

I do not know why I use this bank anymore. I wanted to take my spouse out for their birthday and made reservations online. The reservations were blocked by Bank of America which caused a pending transaction issue with the restaurant which in turn charged me four additional times because of a glitch in their system which Bank of America caused. I called the restaurant, they informed me they had no charges on their end. They also assisted me in getting reservations at a deeply discounted price with my other bank and the transaction was a smooth process. I called Bank of America to see what they could do to help me and they told me to let the transaction go through and wait to see if it will be charged. They’re solution to an error they caused to let a $600.00 charge go through and hope it is reversed. Instead of being excited for the weekend plans I have to worry about this. And I’m now at a 45 minute wait on a already 30 minute call to speak to supervisor.

I find the staff to be kind and helpful. My only complaint is that there is never enough tellers and it’s always incredibly slow. So slow that it’s a burden.

Dont go here white card fraud. Someone took all my money out of my account. Now my daughter and i will be homeless again because i cant pay my rent. We just rented our apartment after being homeless for 2 years because of the pandemic. Abd bank of America doesn't want to give the money until 90 days after they investigate and they said i still might not get it back. The 1st is coming and i am packing what little i have.Ok thank you for your response i will definitely go that route

Just don't bank here. I could go into the long list of issues I've had with BofA and this branch in particular, but I'm not sure I would have enough space on this review. Find another bank -- you'll be much happier.

The manager by initials JC is the worse. He thinks very highly of himself yet, very rude to customers and not helpful at all. Considering they serve a large area of Whittier they never have enough tellers and/or people to help with banking matters. They close too early on Friday’s and not open at all Saturday’s. Why have a Bank of America in this area at all, if not to serve the community.
