One teller working while one of the teller decided to stop helping customer and stand by the door to greet customer instead. There was a huge line of customer waiting while she left the one teller to do all the work by herself. She finally came back to her seat after the line build up even longer so it wasn't because her computer malfunction

Walked in 1 teller and all the other supervisors walking and not helping no one else. They need to be cash tellers as well to keep the line moving I ask why 1 teller. They said they have call off today. Very very slow bank I wnt be coming hesr any more

JUAN CARLOS (JC) BARRERA IS THE WORSE MANAGEGR. VERY RUDE, POOR LEADERSHIP, gets upset because customers are asking for more tellers. Huge line, only 2 tellers & 4 associates standing around doing nothing instead of helping.

I've been a customer forever and have been happy with their service until I have to wait at a walk up ATM or the drive up here at the Washington blvd location in Santa Fe Springs. Way too long of a wait. They need to upgrade their system or something. Today only one ATM is working and one side of drive through. Nit good.

Be prepared to wait. There are 7 (?) service windows and there's usually only one teller on duty. You're lucky if there's two. The last time I was there, there were 3 guys in suits just walking around. I don't know why one or two of them couldn't take a few minutes to help with customer service. And the day before that, there was a sign on the front door that said they were closed "due to circumstances beyond their control." A major bank had to close in the middle of the day on a Tuesday? I can see that from a small, mom and pop bank, but Bank of America? I always feel like they don't care about their customers.

I want to give a shoutout to J C at this Bank, he saw me standing in line with my cane and approached me and asked me if I wanted him to save my spot in line so I could sit while waiting. I`m 81 years old and it was a blessing to be able to sit for the half hour it took to reach the front of the line. THANX!!!

What is it with every single BoFa in Whitter? 40 people standing in line and two maybe three tellers working on any given day. Its like the blind leading the blind. Not just one.... but every single BoFa in Whittier is like this. The best part? Again, at all of them.... two entrances to the building, but only use one. No sign or anything to let you know to only use the one entrance. The amount of people I have seen wait on the wrong side or have tk get turned around is pathetic. You cant use the pandemic for excuses any more. None of the other banks in this area have this same problem. Take you business elsewhere or at least OUT of Whittier.

If I could leave zero stars I would but he Yelp doesn't leave a button for that! I have never experienced worse Customer Service in my whole life! There isn't any Customer Service let's just say that! My husband recently died and all I was trying to do is clear up his bank account instead of helping me they handed me a phone number and told me to call the number and deal with it with myself! Instead of taking me over to their desk and seeing what my needs were I sat in the lobby on hold for an hour trying to talk to somebody at the phone number they gave me. Only to find out that the document I had my husband's death certificate that was in Spanish needed to be translated have somebody had taken the time to look over the paperwork I brought in with me and tell me that to begin with I would've had to sit there for an hour on the telephone with their customer service! It's good to know that wives of veterans and veterans get treated like crap by people at Bank of America! During one of the saddest times of my life I continually find that the financial institutions and the VA treat you like a piece of garbage when you lose your spouse almost like a criminal like you're trying to steal their money! It's sad! Also during my time sitting there I watched a few other disgruntled customers come in and out shame on you Bank of America especially during this hard time in our country where people have lost their jobs or don't have any money to pay their bills you can't make things easier on them! You just pass them off to somebody else.

This is the worst location I have ever been to I went into cash a check I have cash checks at different locations so many times never had problems but when I went to this one they tried to say that my check wasn't authorized when my check was made at that exact location and they tried to say that it wasn't authorized after I said I didn't want to open up account there at that time. I was going to open up account there for my business but not anymore because they couldn't help me with one simple task so why should I bank there. If you have a account here close it and go to city bank across the street.

Terrible customer service. 5 people standing in line and one person working. Another a****** customer sitting on the couch playing loud music and no one is telling him to stfu. Bad experience. Just spoke to the manager after waiting in line. He said the wait is an hour (hire more people dipshit) Now I'm stuck calling on the phone. Seriously, this location needs to get their s*** together. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!
