The people who work here give terrible customer service and are extremely bad at explaining things. If you like walking out of banks with a loss of confidence in your financial institution and a feeling the folks there do t have a good handle on what they're doing, this place is for you!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BRANCH AT ALL!!!! I was in this branch today at 12:03 and only one teller who was waiting on a approval for 19 minutes!! The whole transaction took him 26 minutes in the teller line. I was third in line and it took so long that the man in front of me left. I asked twice if I could get some one to help the teller line and then two employees that were ladies walked to the back teller room and giggled, then said "sorry for the wait"!!! I get great service at Citibank! I will be closing my account at Bank of America!!!

On 4/5 I went to the Whittwood B of A branch to transfer funds from CD to checking for our church. Hector Amezcua assisted me. He was very professional, helpful, and courteous. This branch has always provided excellent service and the entire staff is accommodating. I also want to recognize Karina Lizette De La Torre who helped me the previous week with a similar transaction. Ron Whittemore

Usually I do not really like this bank because limited staff and wait time. Also during Covid the bank was closed for long period where it made it hard to get to my safe deposit box. But I went last Friday and the staff that was on were nice enough to take the time to actually help with my request to close my safe deposit box. Before this last visit I had went in and there was not that many people and I was told that I need to make an appointment to close out my box even when I did not see many customers This time in I was told the same thing to make an appointment but I insisted to wait and to have the box closed because I did not have time to take another day off to get this done. The manager Kevin and the two staff Marilyn and Susanne was very nice and courteous and took the time to close out my box. Marilyn who was going to break decided to not and helped look for my file to close out the account. Kevin and Susanne always had a smile during the process. I may not like the location because of the temporary close but the staff were awesome.

Depositing checks is the worst with bank of america not sure why there is a variation of days my check is on hold and why the atm says a due date for the check and next thing you know theres an extended hold, thinking about going back to chase or wells fargo after the 10th time you guys hold my money

The worst service of any bank branch I have ever utilized. A 40 year account holder and told a simple transaction needed an appointment, with none available, or wait an hour and a half for assistance.

Highly disappointed in the way they spoke to me. As if I was a bother for coming in to withdraw money. Gentlemen at the window, told me I could do the same at the ATM, as if I didn't know. He barely looked at me during the transaction, in fact he was talking to another girl. Customer experience isn't a priority I guess. His name was Chris or Christopher, I was to annoyed to pay attention.

Thier ATM machine has not been able to dispense cash in 4 days!! I have been a Bank of America customer for 30 years! I've had enough. I am moving all of my accounts to my credit union and will be closing this account. I'm not giving my business to somewhere it is not appreciated.

My review is solely for Myra S. i been in other bank of america branches and have had some unusual requests. the hacienda heights branch would just cut me off and say no, cant do that without even trying. but i started going to the whittwood branch and found myra and omg! shes been amazing! thank you myra! i will be making the whittwood branch my primary branch to go to.

No disinfectant wipes. Told they wipe down the ATMs every hour!!! Didn't seem concerned AT ALL about current situation. If you must go, bring your own wipes!

This is the slowest BoA! It took me 30 mins to even get any help from a teller. The line was very long and still just 1 window open--management needs to review how many tellers are available, especially on busy days like Mondays and Fridays

Probably the worst branch I've been to since banking with B of A. If so could give them 0 stars, I absolutely would. Two tellers with a line of about 15 people. One teller ran (yes, ran) out into the parking lot for some reason. No apologies, no thanks for patience. Just sloths attempting to look busy. Will be closing my account as soon as I get to the teller, as I'm still in line.

Oh no! Nope! Don't even go here. Every check I deposit has been held over 2 weeks, since day 1. And I've banked with BofA for almost a year now. I have to go cash my check at Chase and deposit the cash every week. My debit card's chip broke and I needed a replacement, I had an address change and had told DIEGO the new address to send it to. It's been almost 4 weeks, no card. And today DIEGO refused to tell me where my card was sent and why money is missing from my account with nothing showing in my recent transactions. My money is just gone??? So now I have no card, no money, no explanation. So I called the branch to get in touch with the manager, but guess who keeps answering and hanging up on me....DIEGO! From 8:30am-now(3:50pm) I have been on hold with customer support. None of this sits right with me. FIRE DIEGO, UNPROFESSIONAL, LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AND WONT PROVIDE A CUSTOMER WITH ANSWERS! This branch has messed with my money! Is this lawsuit worthy?

I really don't know what to say except for moving my bank account here was the biggest mistake of my life. I'm being serious! Took them 13 business days to get my ATM/debit card to me. After activating my card. I was told when trying to set up my PIN number that I had to go back into the bank to install it. Well if you ever been in there, you know what a under staffed mess it is. When I opened the basic checking account it was a Friday morning and really busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. What a mistake that was! Fast forward to the following Friday I went in to get some cash out. Had to go in cause card was not working. There was 14 people in line with 1 teller. There were 4 ladies hiding in their glass offices and after 40 mins inline, YES I SAID 40 MINS! I started complaining out loud cause I'm disabled and the hcp chair was taken by a lady that was there before me and hadn't been helped yet? So, after complaining the manager cut me in front of everyone that was in front of me. You can guess how that went. Not only was I embarrassed, when the girl tried my card it was blocked? What the hell? So, now they are taking up only teller to help the disabled guy but a quick withdrawal turns into servicing my account. Now, I'm really embarrassed cause there is still 4 women not helping anyone still in their glass cubicles, lazy asses! Well that's what I thought since it took me 52 minutes to withdraw money from my account! WTF? It gets worst, went to Vons yesterday bought groceries. Went through drive thru later in afternoon to get some cash. I was declined do to fraudulent activity! Call the branch and one of the USELESS LADIES answered cause that way she doesn't have to wait on customers! When I told her my problem, she told me I had to call the 800 number? What? Wait? What? So I'm in 800 hell and I promise you as soon as all my direct deposits are cleared and bills are paid. I'm checking out of checking account HELL! BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE, BIGGER THAN GETTING MARRIED! BofA is a total train wreck and I only hope my CREDIT UNION OF SO CAL WILL TAKE ME BACK! Im so sorry CUSOCAL! Worst Bank EVER! Lots of staff trying not to do anything useful! Only 1 teller working at a time, NO matter how long line is.. what do you expect since they are owned by Merrill Lynch! The OTHER crooks! Besides Wells Fargo!
