My wife and I walked into the store. The three employees were all huddled around one computer, giggling and laughing. They looked at us with seemingly disgust. No greeting, no smiles. As if we were bothering them by coming inside. This was with just us inside the store, as well. After awkwardly standing next to the register where they were for 15 seconds, one of the employees, Brandon, pawned us off to another employee. This one reluctantly took care of us. The manager, Kimberly, moved at the speed of molasses, while the one who helped us took his time. The computer told the employee that they had the item we needed, but he returned minutes later saying they only had the more expensive version. After we made the purchase, we asked the employee to discard the old, no longer needed item, since there isn’t a garbage can located outside the facility. He was confused and annoyed that we bothered to ask him to help. We had to return to get another item. We had to stand at the check out for a while, waiting for the employee to check us out. He just stood there and said “are you using cash or card?” We said card, and he said “oh yeah you can use self checkout.” If at all possible, we will be avoiding this location in the future. Very unprofessional.
I would like to thank Edgar. He was very professional. When I went in myself later, he took care of me right away

Went to buy some new brake pads, I told the clerk the year and model. After I paid for them, I found out they were the wrong pads for a different car model. Had to do a refund and get the right pads for the car model, glad I mention to him again to verify the year and car model. It would be more of a hassle if I found out putting them on and they don't fit.

Not very happy with the service I got at the parts department, seemed like the attendant was no very interested in solving my problem; after getting a nice welcome at the service department, I was walked to the parts department, after a few minutes wait, a young person appeared, explained the issue, and was told to wait, then came back with an invoice for $45.00!!!! Just needed 6 screws to hold the license plate for my car, he did not say anything else

The staff was very friendly, helpful. One older sweet gentleman came out to assist me in taking my old battery out and installing the new one. This AutoZone staff goes out of their way to treat their customers with respect. And trust me, I’ve experienced bad experiences with other AutoZones employees. This is by far the best experience I’ve had ?

I can always rely on AutoZone for great service!! I'm on crutches and Mario carried the antifreeze to my car and once he found out I was going to fill the reservoir he offered to do it for me and placed the bottle in my trunk. I was so grateful cuz it's really HOT outside and I'm on crutches!! Thank you so much for your service!! That's why I always come back!!!

Went in looking for car oil specifically 5w40. We were having a hard time finding anything less than 1 gallon. A store associate informed us of a brand we’d never heard of called Castrol edge. It is the equivalent of the mobile 1 brand. He checked to see if they had it and they Dior. They also let us borrow their funnel to pour the oil in the car.
