Absolutely terrible. It would’ve been nice to know. They didn’t have a vacuum available for their customers before I spent $80 on full. Skipping over this gas station next time.

The manager (I'm guessing he's the manager) is very rude. (He is short and is balding) speaks harshly to most customers- Also, no matter what time of day they never have paper at the pump to get a receipt. So people pump their gas and have to go inside wait in line to get receipt.

The people that work that are nice and helpful. And many times funny to set up a good day. The customers need a little work on being kinder well waiting to get gas. I like this place anyway.

Check your change before you leave the counter, even if there is a lot of people in line Cus that's our money . Even if it's a penny short Cus if we were a penny short some don't care they want you to pay period .

I’ve gone to that Arco all the time, taking 3 cars. I took my truck this morning then went home to pick up the car. I stopped at Pump 1. I went inside to paid to the tall guy with a beard I fanned out a $20,$10 and a $5. Total of $35. I listed one finger and said one. When I got to the pump, it didn’t work so I went back inside. Aster been there for quite a while for them to resolve it, it was as determined that the guy put the money on pump 5. The SUV that was in $5 was pumping gas. I asked what was continuing to take so long. He then said I told him 5. I told him to check the surveillance footage and he would see u famed out the money and said 1. He ended up putting a credit card for $35. I pumped gas in and it only took $20. I went back in to retrieve my $15 change. He argued with me that he put $35 dollars in and refused to give me back my change and insured it was not his fault. It took me about 15 minutes before he gave me my $15 back.

Machines at the pump never work correctly, When you have to give inside to pay, the cashiers are always, yes, always rude. There are too many better options to get Arco Gas in Whittier. I stay away from this one as much as possible. If the cashiers don't like working there, why would anyone want to be there. If I need gas and the pump won't take my card, I just leave. Calmada, Lambert, Hadley, Santa Gertrudes, all are in the same area, with much better service.
