This arco is quite ridiculous. I began pumping my gas and then decided to go inside and buy a drink. I took my personal cup with me just for ice and bought 2 16oz bottles of soda. I filled my cup up with ice. I got to the register and cashier reported it's 1 dollar for ice and that we are not allowed to bring in our own cups. We have to use their cups and pay the dollar. I told her I didn't see any signs about that. How was I supposed to know? I dumped the ice bc it's ridiculous to have to pay 1 dollar for ice from a machine. I also informed her it was wrong to have no signs posted about utuling ur own cups and or charging for a cup of ice even though I'm buying soda.
Also find it annoying that most of their drinks don't have prices. I had to take 3 different water bottles up with me to register just to get pricing then decide.
So they want customers to waste their plastic for them even more and they want to charge? Yeah, not supporting this type of business anymore. I'll take my gas money elsewhere. So disappointing.

I stopped by to put gas here around 630am on Feb 20 and this very rude chinese lady was so mean. Hope she gets fired or reprimanded. Will never stop there again. She yelled at me f

Great gas prices and convenient. This gas station also has a mini market and also has a water & air pump for your car to use.

Orco, good gas, good fuel, good value, this place is regularly full and it is very clean, the workers are friendly, so don't think about it and go ahead and fill your gas tank, cheer up ?

I went there today and have not been to this station in a while. The gas pumps have changed I guess so I needed to push in the pump a bit more. But when I proceeded inside to ask for assistance, I came upon this Patty lady. She was very rude and I let her know that she needs to learn how to talk to people. I let her know that she works there and should offer assistance and not treat people like they're dumb. She wrote down my license plate number (not my car) and said if I returned she would turn off the pump. Not sure why she's still working here as I see other people have had issues with her. She's super rude!
