The only reason I rated Angel and Patty with four stars is because they aren't my agents (not yet at least:). However, the person I spoke with was very helpful and took the time to make sure I had the right resource for my needs. It's clear that this agency treats their clients well.

Got a consultation from one of their buyer's realtors: Vanessa Natividad. We spoke on several times.Vanessa lied to me on multiple occasions, attempted to use predatory sales practices in a very transparent way like she didn't realize it was unethical, and was openly racist around me.I wanted an apartment. That's it. With all of her newbie confidence, she informed me, no, what I should be doing is buying a house, but wait, no, I cant afford that, so I should be buying land and building a house. According to her, buying the land is the expensive part and I can build for $100k. Don't know if she was serious or an bobblehead that just likes the sound of her own voice..She also claimed that once I buy the land, I could just get an RV and live on the land until I eventually build. Apparently there is another client at the firm doing it and that's why she felt justified claiming that. I repeatedly told her that I am not interested in land, that building isn't that cheap, and that it is not the norm in California that you can live in an RV on raw land. She apparently knows better all because she has been a realtor for ... 8 MONTHS?!My last straw with her was when I asked about a particular city. She said that she wasn't familiar with it, but it "cant be too ghetto because it is mostly white". Really? REALLY?!?! I asked her if she seriously just said that and then she basically just laughed. Not cool.I should have known better when right off the bat, she lied to me and said that we spoke before when she was cold calling me. I never spoke with her, she got my number off a list. When she was cold calling me, she told me everything that I wanted to hear, lying to me while trying to sell me a dream, but unfortunately, what she is selling isn't a dream, reality, or even real estate, it is figments of her imagination that she has bouncing around in that empty head. Not sure how she is going to be a successful realtor while making mistakes like that and while being racist to boot; the mistakes she makes over the next few years are going to be very expensive to both her and the firm, if they are anything like the mistakes that she has been making lately.I wanted to buy an apartment or condo; I started with her. I am now using a different realtor due to all of her incompetence listed above. Sorry I couldn't buy from you guys, she made it impossible.

We were looking to sell our home in CA because we were moving out of state, and reached out to Angel and Patty for a consultation. Right off the bat, Angel presented himself in a professional manner that my husband and I were impressed with. He had all the information regarding surrounding areas and presented a clear plan to sell our home. We decided to work with Angel and Patty, and met Patty and others from their team while they took professional photos of our home (which turned out great). Patty was so sweet and answered all questions that we had! She was there for our open house weekend to meet all the potential buyers and gave us feedback on how it went. We listed our house on 11/19, it was pending sale by 11/24 and sold by 12/17! We were extremely happy with the results and we couldn't have done it without Angel and Patty. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home in CA.

Worst Experience Ever! I gave this group a chance to sell my home after being contacted numerous times by the broker telling me how great they were and what they could do for me. After a month, I called and gave them a shot and this where everything fell apart and the nightmare began. The 1st and only meeting was to ask me what amount I wanted to list my home for. There was no strategy or plan but just to tell me to make sure I give them a good rating so that they appear as top agents when people search online, this was mentioned several times over and over. I mentioned that communication was important, and we must keep in close contact. Every time I have called is goes to voicemail and I would never get a call back. I would also text and would get very delayed responses that would be days or just nothing at all in most cases. They took pictures of the inside and outside that we horrible. They do not use a professional firm and take the pictures themselves with no flash. They did not go over the pics with me and just posted online. When I called and complained I was told that the pictures will not sell the house. I told them to retake and include night pictures and after a week they were posted again and were just as bad and still used old pictures as well without letting me know. They are very old school and rely on open houses, this is an opportunity for them to represent the other people needing agents, they only think of themselves and do not consider the clients needs. When we had the 1stopen house the realtor was late, knew nothing about the property, did not have flyers and did not even bring drinks or snacks. This repeated itself again and when I called to let them know how dissatisfied I was, they laughed and said thanks. I was told by the realtor that we had a couple of offers on the table but was not given any detail. When I called the office, I was told we had no offers, I knew something fishy was going on at this point. I finally said that I am done and want to drop the listing as we had signed a contract that mentioned we could cancel at anytime with no cost to the seller. As I am writing this review, the listing is still up 2 days later. I will now be contacting Board of Realtors to take it down.

I was very impressed with angel and Patty realtors, not only were they well prepared and knowledgeable they were very eager to sell my house and get me the best deal possible. They"re team also included Donna Landaverde who took the lead and worked day and night for me and my family. I would definitely recommend Angel and Patty.

Difficult to get a hold of. Never answer their cell phones if you text they get around to it a day later or hours later if your lucky. If you call their business number the secretary asks realtors about questions and will tell you that the agents will get back to you. E-mails are typically answered from angel within 24 hours A lot of lack of communication. Seems like they are too busy to answer questions. Took 3 days to sign cancellation paperwork so that deposit would go back to the buyer. Did I mention they are horrible at communication? I mean bad!!!

So I was referred to Angel and Patty through homelight. They definitely can sell themselves but not our home. I had to correct some of their information on their post when they actually listed the house, the pictures they took were average and the 360 reel they made was horrible. Plus I took them over 2 weeks to actually post that after 2 open houses were actually done. For their open house they showed up late. I had to show the first appt the home. We had over 25 people come to the house yet no offers in this market. They strung us along with potential offers for 2 weeks but didn't actually deliver. We were also working with them to buy a house however we did all our own research and scheduled our own appts When I took the house off the market, I had 3 other agents who showed me that the list price was fine and I shouldn't have had trouble selling. I was able to sell the house for over the list price within a week of taking it off the market on my own. I just wish I hadn't wasted nearly a month with this agency. I am still waiting for an official letter of cancelation of contract from them. They have stopped responding to requests as soon as we notified them of terming the agreement. It took 2 days and repeated calls, texts and emails to even acknowledge the request to term and take our house off the market Definitely all talk and no actual selling. All I get is excuses from them. Completely unprofessional!!!
