I’ve been to this place THREE times in the past four years . First, I excused because it was 1:30am and they were closed even though it says 24 hours.
Second was a week ago, I tried the app as a new customer, the Pepsi tasted like diet, and cleaner of some sort. She let me change it (with attitude which I was given the whole time).
This was last night, I tried the Pepsi again, this time I asked the clerk, had anyone told you the Pepsi tastes like diet? He said “if it’s not good just pour it out, and get another. The next one has a fly in the nozzle.
I will never go back! Horrible experiences!
The owner responding, you sure do say to call the 800 number a lot, you shouldn’t be so proud of that, maybe say something like, we will look into this further? I mean it is a review, not a formal complaint, just to warn others who want to venture here.
That would be nice.

Now i see why this place has 1 stars. Tried to get the ampm app deal $3. Punched in as 3.49 plus tax. Manager says \\\"Thats it. If you dont like it. Go somewhere else \\\" well i will. Bye bye

There needs to be a Star System with NEGATIVE STARS! I give this place -2☆. At 10:18am on 7/28/22 I went to this location for some Gasoline and when I finished pumping fuel I pressed the button for a receipt but it was empty so unfortunately I now had to go inside for the receipt even though I was pressed for time. That was a mistake. Even though I had already paid and was only in there because their machine was out of receipts the woman at the counter made Me wait behind 2 other customers that had NOT PAID like I did. She even walked over to the Lottery machine in front of Me to get one of the customers a Lottery ticket and could have easily handed Me the receipt and I could have been on My way. But that didn't happen. And even after reminding her that I had already paid she didn't seem to care. Then when she finally printed the receipt she refused to hand it to Me instead making Me walk over to her register even though she had walked right over by Me to print a Lottery ticket prior. 100% RUDE and EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL TO A "PAYING" CUSTOMER!! I will be purchasing My fuel somewhere else for now on!! To the Owner of this AM/PM that responded to my review and asked Me to call their 800# so they can look into this incident I say NO THANK YOU!! I'VE HAD TOO MANY ISSUES WITH YOUR STORE IN THE PAST AND THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW! I WILL BE TAKING MY $$ SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

NEVER GOING BACK!! Employees can't even keep receipts in the machine at the pump so I had to go in even though I was pressed for time. So even though I had already paid for fuel the woman at the counter made Me wait behind 2 customers that HAD NOT PAID! And even though she walked over to the Lottery machine that was right in front of Me she still refused to simply hand Me the receipt. Then after waiting for her to finish the 2 transactions she still refused to walk over and hand Me the receipt instead telling Me to come over to her and to pick it up. I did mention to her repeatedly that I had ALREADY PAID! I will be purchasing My fuel somewhere else from now on!

The manager here is extremely rude and she mistreats her employees. Not only that but she is upping the prices, illegally of essential items for a profit during a pendemic. I have reported this to the district attorneys office and hope she gets fined. I will never stop at this am/pm ever again.

I guess they were doing a change of shift BUT they didn't post a sign that says how long they will take to open again. There were about 5 people waiting for over 10 minutes and all decided to just leave.To the owner or manager: IS THIS A WAY TO DO BUSINESS?

Wow great service. Was on a bike ride and didn't have my debit card w me. I misjudged my ability and was completely gassed.... Kevin helped me find a solution and helped me out. I'm forever in debt!!!! Amazing worker. Thanks.
