AMJ Probate and Fiduciary Services was highly recommend by a friend. Ana Maria & Team helped me with what proved to be a very difficult time in my life. They did all the heavy lifting and navigating the probate process/system. Prepared all the documentation and were spot on to everything I should expect in the process. Ana Maria constantly kept in communication to ensure I was aware of next steps. It gave me time to grieve while still performing my responsibilities as an administrator. My husband had recently passed away, He had a handwritten will leaving to me rental property he had acquired before we were married. I was not on title; therefore, I needed to go through a shorter version of probate to acquire title to the property. I was referred to Ana Maria by my real estate agent. It made this process so much easier dealing with someone who was knowledgeable in this field, rather than trying to go it alone. There were a couple of filing issues that came up with the court, but Ana Maria had them resolved quickly. If there was something Ana Maria had a question about, she has a probate attorney that she can ask for advice. After the filing issues were resolved, we had to wait about 4 months for the court to sign off on the property so my name could be on title. The whole process from beginning to end took about 7 months. I really appreciated her help with this matter.

Our family was dealt a very difficult circumstance with the sudden loss of my father. Ana Maria was a huge blessing! I contacted multiple legal agencies and most were not able to help because they had no experience in what we were trying to do, or were more negative with the possible outcome. She and her staff were always very responsive and seemingly always available. All worked out well. God is good!

Anna Marie was fantastic. She answered all of our questions before we made the final decision to utilize her services, which was well over 3 months before we made the final decision. We had more than an abundance of questions, as our probate case was not simple. She was more than patient with us, and promptly returned calls and answered questions prior to us signing on with her to begin probate. Once we started probate, she was fantastic in staying connected, and ensured we were up to date throughout the entire process. She made sure communication with the lawyer, realtor, and CPA was seamless. I would highly recommend Anna Marie if you requiring probate services.

I was referred to AMJ Probate Services through another legal personal. I am so glad she referred me here. Ana Maria Jimenez and her staff are amazing. My mother passed away in 2019 and I needed some legal advice regarding probate services. Every since the first time I met Ana Maria Jimenez and her wonderful staff they make you feel comfortable and like family. My experience was not so good. There was no organization, several, what turned out to be expensive mistakes made. Never an apology. Everytime I questioned or corrected a mistake, I was met with arrogance.

When I was looking for someone to prepare trust documents for my parents, an attorney I worked with recommended Ana Maria Jimenez. After talking to her and meeting her, I found her to be extremely knowledgeable about setting up living trusts. She answered all of my questions (including my parents) and was very accessible. Whenever I called with a question, Ana Maria got on the phone with me immediately or called me back soon afterwards. She made every step of the process very easy for us. So much so that I used her for my own personal trust. And when I had to subsequently make changes to my trust, she charged a very reasonable fee for the changes. When my mother-in-law passed away it all seemed overwhelming. From our first contact with Ana Maria It felt like meeting an old friend. She really put us at ease, she always returned our calls or emails and answered our questions. Our probate was a little unusual because the family home was in reverse mortgage and there was no living trust only a hand written will. We were able to buy back the home just in time. I am so grateful for Ana Maria and her staff.
