I needed a floral spray for a funeral. Erick worked with me over the phone (because I live in Arizona) and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I explained what I was looking for but didn't have an exact picture to show. Erick said "I know what you want and don't worry, we will make it nice for you". And it was!! I was extremely pleased. And pleased that there were no hiccups with the delivery. Truly caring. And a good value for the beautiful arrangement. Thank you!

The arrangement for the funeral was just BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you so much Eric and Yasenia. You both are so professional and nice! I really felt good knowing Amigos flowers have worked with Rose Hills for over 18 years. They know the process and protocol for getting the flowers there and can be depended on. The flowers were even better than I thought and they were huge. I highly recommend Amigos Flowers to take care of you for your special occasion.

I needed a last minute order for a funeral. I called 24 hours before. Some man helped me. He was so nice and helpful! It was my first time ordering flowers for a funeral and they made it so easy. The flowers came out better then expected. I would recommend them to everyone and will definitely be using them anytime I need flowers. Thank you guys!

Ordered flowers around 10 am (2 orders) and I e-mail to check the status of my orders, but they state they have been trying to contact me. I provided my e-mail and phone number and never received any notification for either order. Poor follow-through. I recommend e-mailing customers if they can't get a hold of customers via phone.

I'm pretty disappointed. I wanted to give 1 star, but gave 2 because they called me and the person was nice and tried to be helpful. I ordered flowers online for a very close friend whose father passed away. I got a call from the shop saying they didn't have the flowers for the original arrangement I ordered and that the flowers they had would have made the bouquet all PINK. I didn't want that, so we came to an agreement for a different arrangement that was basically all white (it was called "Serenity"). The price difference was about $5 but they said they could do the updated arrangement for the same price, which I appreciated at the time. However, my friend sent a pic of the arrangement that arrive and it had 1/4 of the flowers I expected. It was mostly greenery. I wanted to give my friend a sympathy flower arrangement, not green leaves in water. I was so embarrassed. Pics attached - you can see the difference. It was not worth what I paid. I like supporting small business, but I also want the quality and quantity I expect and pay for. .... Responding to the message sent by the business owner... Yes, correct - the pic I posted was the default pic on the website for this arrangement. My bad... mistake on my part... however I'm adding the picture for the "small" version that was comparable to the one I posted and paid for ($5 difference according the the site). STILL, it was a fraction of the flowers I expected and my recipient should have received (based on the picture). I understand that the arrangement can arrive with unbloomed buds (for my job I actually order many arrangements). However to confirm, I gently asked my recipient about the arrangement - there were basically no buds waiting to bloom... The Picture Shows That! All I ask is that if you don't have it, don't sell it. Most customers will be okay if it is explained honestly. And if not they will cancel the order.

Wow, I can't even begin to explain the level of disappointment I felt when I saw this arrangement. Nowhere close to what their website description shows. This was meant to be for my mom's birthday so when I called them the owner, Erick, instantly gave me attitude and said that it's what I ordered. Yes, the flowers are the same but it looks nothing like the preview image. He pretty much argued with me the entire time and was extremely unprofessional. The only reason why I chose this place was due to the reviews but never again will I make that mistake and order from such a place. Plus apparently, when he went to pick them up (cuz I wanted to return them and get a refund) he came with a list and still tried to prove his point to my mom. As a florist for 3yrs myself this was not the way to handle the situation.
