I am a First Time Homebuyer and was directed to give Allianze Mortgage a chance. Since day 1 I was welcomed with open arms the office really gives family atmosphere. The Loan Officers are very well equipped, respectful and knowledgeable. Response times were quick even on weekends. I was able to sit down with them, they were able to show me multiple options and explain each one in detail.Definitely recommend this office!!

I have used Allianze Mortgage Services on several occasions. I buy and sell properties with regularity. When I need to finance a purchase, I know I can turn to Allianze Mortgage for various loan options that are available to me. I just closed a purchase on Coral in Rancho Cucamonga. The process was seamless and very easy. Kathy Perez my Sr Loan Processing Manager walked me thru the process without issues or concerns. The purchased closed on time and I am a happy customer. Brandon and Dee are amazing!This was my husband’s and I's first time buying a house and we didn’t really know where to start. Brandon and Dee made the process so simple and seamless. From start to end, they told us exactly what steps to take, kept us in the loop of everything and checked in with us almost everyday.As soon as Dee started working on our pre-approval, Brandon was sending us properties to look at. We had viewings scheduled within days. Once we chose our home Brandon had our offer submitted right away. Even in this new COVID-19 environment, Brandon and Dee kept the process on track, communicated everything to us and we were able to close on the property in less than 2 months!They are an amazing team and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Jonathan played such an integral role on our team. Patience, punctuality, empathy, knowledge, advice, and support speak to his character. He took care of us as we went through the process of 2 short esrows and our final escrow. Jonathan was always realistic and detailed in explaining the process. Jonathan was always accessible by phone and answered us immediately. When our escrow was substantially extended, Jonathan worked tirelessly with the underwriter and made sure that we were not taken advantage of. We have since recommended Jonathan to two other homebuyers and cannot speak more highly of him. He is dedicated to his clients and you can tell that he values what's best for his clients over making a profit. This is our first home and we honestly don't know if we would have been able to do it without Jonathan's help!

Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. It is very apparent he is committed to his job and to helping the people he works with find the best solution for them. He took the time to ask questions, do some research and came back to present the best options. He was extremely prompt with responses to questions via text, email or phone and extremely accessible despite mine and my wife's work schedules. Don’t waste your time on these Real Estate loan rejects. I was referred here, but their lack in quality customer service shows. Forget about following up with, their processors, or their own escrow team. I get faced with attitude. A new office or location will never save whats going on inside. #avoid
