cleanist pawn shop I have been in.I spoke with eder on the phone about a deal on some skylander toys. he said come down and we will hook you up and they did. andrew helped me in the store and he was cool as well. I will definitely be checking out the store again

Came here just to look and ended up leaving the happiest person ever! Talked to Eder about a few watches behind the counter and now I have his and hers watches for me and my girlfriend. Was super communicative and made the experience worth coming back! Will be coming back for more

Getting the boot from my go to primary pawn shop and being denied a pawn loan request for a 4 year old mint condition laptop, I scurried over to Jum-Pawn-It to get a quote. It may look a little dated when but they more than well make up for it with top notch customer service and genuine professionalism. So lucky that I tried this place because they gave me an outstanding loan based on current market value. My pawn shop didn't offer me 10 bucks at least and I've been going there for 3 years. Thanks to these guys, I'll continue my poor money management skills and have a most excellent time at the OCFair this year! Try this place first to get an honest deal!

Let me start off with communication completely on point. Their service on being reasonable and accommodating is completely a 10 the way they keep conversation the smiles and the fact that they show interest in the person rather then the item is top notch if you are going to go anywhere to place something as valuable as jewelry video games laptops bikes heck even a motorcycle just know the product will always be the way you dropped it off maybe a little dusty but that would be your fault for waiting so long to pay back what is owed other then that your experience with jump n pawn it will easy pleasing and worth the trust thank you guys for being a great place for a loan and as a store.

The pawn shop embodies a positive atmosphere always. They sell luxury products for reasonable price. All items are in great condition. An employee by the name, Belinda Guizar was helpful in assisting me to find a digital camera. She helped make the process smooth and quick. She truly cared for my needs and went above and beyond in making sure I had all the information I needed to make the right decision.
