Special thanks to Sergio , Steven and Yesenia.Received the best customer service . So kind , polite and helped us find what we were looking for . We had the best customer experience and so thankful to each and everyone that helped us get our alternator and battery for our car . Excellent service !So nice to know that good customer care and customer service is practiced and it definitely shows at this store ! Hats off to the manager and his employees!!!I went back to work and shared my experience with my coworkers. Stop by when your in need and you will see !

Had the best experience today thanks to Tony! I took my car to get serviced at Pep Boys and learned I needed a new battery, but they didn't have it. I called over to Advance Auto Parts to ask about their pricing, and I spoke to Tony. Once he took my car information he asked me if my car turned off at red lights and turned back on when I proceeded to drive, I told him yes. This meant I needed a battery that was AGM or else a regular one would wear down faster. I wasn't aware of this. Once he quoted the price and let me know they install the battery for free, I was on my way. As I was driving over there, Pep Boys called me to say they had the battery in stock. I asked if it was specifically for a stop to start car to which they replied, no. Had Tony not have educated me on that, I would have made a costly mistake. Once we arrived to the auto part store, Tony rang us up and signed us up for the rewards program as well (it's a good program!). He also took the time to use coupons for us so we could save even more money. After all was said and done, we walked out to the car where he spent almost 30 minutes in the heat changing out our battery. We have a Traverse and apparently there's more things blocking the battery than there should be. As we watched videos and worked together, he eventually completed the change and never once stopped smiling or interacting with us. He has a great sense of humor and is full of personality. Needless to say, we will be visiting this location when he's working. Thank you again Tony! Your customer service is next level.
