The place does not have in-store shopping. I had to call on a Google voice number because their number blocked my TMobile number as spam. The website should be populated with current data to increase efficiency. This is just feedback for improvement.- Full Stack Dev

Customer service was the worst thing ever. They couldn't ship my package if the shipping address and billing address didn't match. Were really rude when I tried to talk to them. I wouldn't recommend to buy at this website at all.

Incredibly abysmal. I have been trying for days to contact them about my online order, and nothing. Calling their number doesn't work, filling out their 'contact us' form didn't even result in a confirmation saying they'd get back to me. Stinks of snake oil, stay away.

I wish I’d Googled this place before I tried to order from them. I placed an order directly on their website. I put in my card information to complete the transaction and upon completion received a prompt thanking me for my order but that there was no CC information and my order would be processed manually. After checking my account, I saw that my card had indeed been charged and was confused about the issue. This prompted me to look them up, and surprise, surprise, according to Yelp I was not the only person that has had a less than stellar experience buying from them online. After writing two emails to which I received no response, and calling to which there was no answer, I requested my order be canceled. The charge looks to have been removed. But buyer beware. Their online “presence” seems to just be a front. Do business with these people at your own risk.

I purchased two gi suits through their Amazon store. Neither fit and I returned them. I have confirmation that they were received but never received a refund. I contacted them through Amazon and by phone several times and got no response. I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all.

Are these people even open? I’ve called and emailed. No answers anybody else have any luck? Afraid to order anything based off reviews and it makes it worst when you call a business and they don’t answer.

I wish I could give no stars to this business, as my order was cancelled without any warning, or any attempt to tell me why. They would not reply to my inquiries after I sent multiple messages, and I am left to assume that they do not care one whit about providing customer service. Avoid at all costs, and don't waste your time or money.

I ordered a tai chi sword from them off Amazon. Communication was terrible and slow. Got a package from them today. To my surprise it was not a tai chi sword, it was a used old child’s play rake. Have alerted Amazon to this, tried calling the company a few times. Terrible!
