Great dealer!! As a first time buyer, it can be pretty nerve wracking to approach a dealership. With 714 Autos that's not the case! Everyone was beyond friendly, and very professional. Walked in as nervous as can be and left pleased with my vehicle of choice! Would definitely recommend coming to 714 Autos and asking for David if you're in the market to purchase a vehicle!

I put a $1,000 deposit down on a used 2001 Toyota 4Runner. They allowed me to bring the car to the mechanic (good thing) only to find out it had a myriad of engine problems, blown shocks, emission control issues (the car would not have passed a smog test, and some other issues. I returned the car and was told it would take 3 days to return my deposit. Thankfully i used Amex. The refund was issued on 8/23 and I still. have not received it. If you are looking for a 4Runner, do not buy this car under any circumstance, and do not buy a car from these people as they are pushing products that are in terrible condition and not safe to drive.

Bought a car that has check engine light, returned it and took them a whole month to give my refund back despite making multiple promises to process my refund within 15 says. Real shady and bad business in general. Avoid the headache and go somewhere else.

I came here looking for a 2007 or newer chevrolet tahoe. Guss helped me find the perfect 2010 black chevrolet tahoe. Beautiful inside and out. He was super friendly, very professional, and quick. Got me a great deal. Very affordable. I would highly recommend everyone to buy their next car here. Thank you Guss and Ricardo. I will be back to buy my daughter her car next. ?

I came here to look at a Mazda CX-5 and was hesitant at first since they had no reviews online and I am so glad I came here. This is a new location that has been here about 2 months. Their other location is in Orange. It was a great experience, nothing like the regular dealerships that pressure you into anything. Gus was very laid back and such a pleasure to work with. I test drove it and then I was able to take it and have my mechanic look at it. My mechanic found a few small things that needed repairs (tires, windshield wiper fluid reservoir, fog lights, maintenance that was not done at 60k and 75k miles). Gus offered to take care of the safety issues (tires, windshield wiper fluid reservoir), but I decided to take the car as is since the car was such a good deal and I didn't want to have to make more trips out here because I don't live close. The car has some minor scratches, but it is a used car and that is to be expected.
