I have returned to the gym after many, many years of not going. I felt comfortable immediately. I wasn't quite sure what to do so I took advantage of a free training session with Josh C. He was patient and very knowledgeable about all the equiptment. I then signed up for a personal training session 1:1 with him. I am so glad I did. Josh designed a workout routine tailored for my personal needs. Everyone at that this club, Whittier location, is very friendly and helpful. Carlos, Tony and Josh are the best!!

This is probably the best trained and informed staff out of all the 24s. No annoying buddy ID a million times after the 1st time, no liars or up sellers like the surrounding 24s. Their gym is smaller in comparison with no sauna but their customer service and integrity makes up for it.

Good gym. Should upgrade to a super sport and add another location in Whittier. Huge city for easily another gym including one in Pico Rivera.

I see you responded…. Let me rephrase… we need ( ( (( THIS Location)) ) ) to STAY OPEN LATER!!! No one wants to go to a gym closing early. You think you are saving money, but you are only hurting yourself every time cut. (Per your response to go to other 24s, can’t travel that far to the other overcrowded 24 hour fitnesses and there is no gyms in this East Whittier in general so you have the target audience.) 5am to 12am would be perfect times for this gym. Other than the time issue… it’s a great gym.

Hi, I would like to share my thoughts about this gym. I always go to this gym because it’s near my home. I accidentally got bumped into a girl. She asked me a question, is anyone using cable rope, so I said yes someone using it. I saw her eyes they were so unique that a lot of people don’t have it. I was just amazed by her eyes and compliment her. It’s nothing wrong to compliment someone. Yes, she is a girl I shouldn’t. But you don’t understand, when you see something unique you just compliment, doesn’t matter if it’s eyes, car, physical body. I could have said as a friend. People please understand that I like couple people physical bodybuilder at the gym because I get inspired and motivated. I have complimented men’s too because I also interacts with them as a friend. they have taken compliment as just compliment nothing else. I have a girlfriend. I wasn’t flirting with her. She told her boyfriend about giving a compliment which I told her I know I had seen her boyfriend with her. I told her I know you have a boyfriend big guy. I was gonna tell her that her boyfriend has nice physical body. But she didn’t wanted to have conversations so I stoped and started doing my workout. I just want to say I also learn from people doing exercises like watching them using each equipment. I’m not doing anything wrong. You admired someone strength don’t use it similar like angry bird. Chill bro, admiring something unique is not wrong. I’m just here to peacefully workout. I didn’t want fight. Her boyfriend came at me like angry bird. bro, chill I wouldn’t even try to talked to your girl if we didn’t bump into each other. I just learn from people exercises watching them doing it. Some people are crazy at this gym. my bad if I talked to your girl accidentally. I like this gym so I’m still giving 3 stars. Also, fix your water fountain behind the stair walking machines.

Good place to workout. Thankfully, members are here to workout instead of recording themselves.
Suggestion: repair/replace ALL the shower heads, so members don’t have to wait to take a shower when only two shower heads are working.

When I got into this gym after 6 weeks, I noticed that the air was not clean at all. It smelled like sweat, more than ever before. I guess they turned off the AC to save cost.It’s bad, unhealthy and unacceptable.

This gym needs a serious makeover. The hours need to go back to 24 or extend out to later times. The entire gym needs remodeling, and they need new equipment. They need a dedicated cleaning staff. The customer people are friendly. I give them that.
