Worked for this gym for over a year and was a member for almost 3 years, and continuously got paid late and watched the owner treat the costumers terribly. Had many times where people canceled memberships due to harassment by the owner. Also had many horrible encounters with the owner and never got treated professionally.

The hours - boy oh boy. It’s 2023. You’ve got to get up to par and have 24/365 access. Get key cards and a reader. You’re charging a premium price, similar to what any other gym would charge… much larger and well equipped gyms. The gym is nice, it’s clean, and the owner seems nice from my experience. I just can’t see myself ever going here with the restricted schedule it offers.

On the website it says the gym is open and then I go there and all the doors are locked

I live in Wheatland and have a child that goes to school and I've been going to this gym for the last 8 months. It has everything I need to reach my fitness goals, it's walking distance from my house, and the staff is really friendly. It's not busy like commercial gyms and I never have to fight for a machine! The only downside is the mosquitoes and no A/C during the summer time! Once that gets resolved it'd be perfect!

This gym is absolutely awesome. The owner does an amazing job keeping the facility and equipment spotless clean. All the machines are maintained very well and you never have to wait to use a piece of equipment. I cannot say enough good things about the place.

Great local small business.The equipment selection is everything you need, and someone is always cleaning whenever I am here.It gets a bit warm in the summer, I’m guessing because the power bills get outrageous… but I’ve also lost almost twice as much weight as my goals had planned out! So that little extra sweat was totally worth it!The prices here are pretty good especially if you’ve got vet paid for a membership in the Sac area. I would have to spend a lot more in fuel to go anywhere else nearby.They’ve got good snacks and there’s water for sale if you don’t want Wheatland’s finest fountain water.Oh, and they have discounts for high school students, police and fire, and military!

I love this little gym. Has all the equipment i need to get a good workout. Staff and members are very friendly.

This might be the worst gym I've ever been to. The owner won't run the A/C. And there's a huge mosquito problem. So while you're sweating in 100 degree heat, you're being bitten by mosquitoes the entire time, plus equipment is old and outdated.

They are hard working business owners and are very dedicated to providing the best and most afforadable fitness experience for their clientele! price is good. staff is excellent. the owner is a sweet beautiful person. and so is her staff. the classes they have are very helpful. it feels like a little family community. you feel safe and at home there.
