Have not received our mail before 6 pm for the last two weeks plus 2 days. Out going mail not received on time because of the delay in receiving- what is going on??????? Said our usual mail person on vacation, is she coming back???? I am home bound currently and need this service that we pay almost .70 cents for each stamp for. Please update an improvement in this situation!!!

I've gone here maybe 5 times so far, and every time has been a good experience! They've always been super helpful and friendly, I don't understand why anyone would rate them poorly. This most recent time I had a package to send, and she offered for me to buy a smaller box instead to halve my cost to ship it, which I appreciated very much!

There hasn't been a good review posted about the Wheatland Post Office in a while and the 2.8 rating wasn't deserved. They've always done a phenomenal job in my opinion for being a small town post office. Very friendly staff, professional, and courteous.

Service in this office has gone up and down over the years. Right now it's very good. The front desk clerk Kelly and our regular mail carrier Jose are excellent. I ship for business and this office has been very good.

I've only used this post office to drop off packages on my way home from work. It's a convenient location a few blocks from Hwy 65. I am always greeted warmly by the young woman who always seems to be there when I stop by (weekdays ~3-4pm). I've been to post offices where they don't scan the package initially and the recipient has no idea the package is on its way. Sometimes the package is not scanned until it's delivered. An employee at the Yuba City post office actually refused to scan my package at one point, saying I should have a receipt online of the tracking number. I explained that I don't need a receipt, just to get the package scanned for tracking. She assured me it would be scanned shortly. Of course it wasn't, and in the time she spent explaining this she could have scanned several packages. The point of this story is that at this Wheatland post office, they offer to scan the tracking barcode and give you a receipt which is nice.

Worst customer service ever! I've grown up in wheatland and never I have I had such shitty service by anyone in town until the black lady that worlds at this post office! She's so rude and acts like she's too busy for you. They have lost mail, kept mail from our postal box, and take forever to deliver packages coming in. I hope she gets fired as well as whoever else is not doing their job correctly! I've definitely had a confrontation with the mail clerk behind the counter and it probably won't be the last!
