“This is a post office. It gets busy. Customers get stressed. I go here on a regular basis and even today, 24 May, the staff was awesome. I was behind a very rude customer who was complaining about issues that had NOTHING to do with the abilities of the Office. Staff remained calm and professional. They apologized to every customer for the wait. Excellent customer service!”

“I use this UPS store often for easy Amazon returns, other shipping, and faxing, and every single time I have been in there, the staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and some of the workers are even young. The training and/or management is obviously very good. Thank you for providing such good service!”
“When it was open, the costumer service was very helpful and professional. The only thing that I didn't like is that on the internet it said it was open at 8am. But when you drive from district 10 to where the station is, that's when you see a sign that says open at 2pm. I'm handicapped and it's hard for me to drive that far and then having to do it twice was not good. So they need to change their information on the internet and also tell her customers that they open at 2:00 not at 8:00 because even their own customers were saying they open at 8:00 and to go pick up the package that everything was set up. There was one person there which was the manager supposedly and she would not give me my package and told me I had to come back at 2:00 even though I told her I was handicapped and I had a hard time driving back and forth and I came from district 10 which is kind of far from where their station is that other than that everything was great. After the open, the person behind the counter was great, very professional and very courteous. Thank you.”
