To br fair, I only went to the casino portion of the hotel. The place has really slowed down compared to before. Every time I've been there, it's early morning hours. They would be semi crowded,every section had a couple of players on some of the machines. I could almost hear at least one screaming celebration. This time, it was slow, very few people. I admit I lost again at this casino...this one and another are the only 2 I don't have any trips I won on. Sad!!! Lol !! Hard Rock is very clean, lighting is bright, and the staff is very helpful. They conversate proplayer wins, the servers do the best they can considering only a limited few, and the gaming floor is large. Always greeting ya with a smile and warm heart is my feelings from my experiences. Damn I only wish I could actually win there!!! Even with my losses there are high I still go and enjoy the time spent and actually smiling when I last left from a great interaction with a staff member. So I'll be going back

Not bad but not great.My only complaints are what I assume are out of the establishments hands which are: weird games(they use cards for craps and roulette) and no free drinksOther than that it was alright

The food was terrible at the Cafe. Casino staff & slots were loose compared to the other nearby casinos.

Food & drinks: Constant Grind: NOT again ordered hot dog and it wasn't cooked + prepared well, only fried on 1 side of the hot dog, not sure if it was boiled ahead of time. Last time my BLT sandwich was soggy, same cook lady :(

There were no cocktails waiters or waitress on the floor, and we didn't experience the rooms. We will be there again.If I could suggest something, I noticed 2 hotel guests putting their luggage in handicapped parking. I didn't look for placards, but my mind went to if hotel guests are spending the night, shouldn't they use handicapped parking by the hotel entrance? My husband has Parkinson's, therefore I need to take him in a wheelchair, sometimes having to walk from the end of the parking area, because handicapped parking isn't available.Just a thought.
