I noticed they charged me a different price than what was on the products sticker. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went again. I got overcharged again. Nah. I'll go somewhere else.

Bought Two elfbars there. I should have known it was to good to be true two for 34.99. They were FAKE! Never going back. Check your stuff. He took my packages so I wasn't able to verify authenticity. Also the device would keep burning after I hit it. Matched them to others I bought elsewhere and was a for sure they're counterfeit.

I bought an Elfbar vape a couple of weeks ago and it turned out to be counterfeit. I paid full price for it. I went back again and this time I knew what to look for to verify that it was authentic. I asked to see the box and again it was counterfeit. No hologram was on the seal. I said I wasn't going to buy it unless they had one that had the real seal with hologram. The clerk said, "honestly, they're probably all like that" as the clerk but it back on the shelf for sale. I didn't buy anything and left. They lost a customer.

Been going here lately, wasn't too bad but their bang vape prices are a lot compared to other stores. Also I just bought a bang today and it doesn't taste right. Also the packaging was different and print on it. Fake bang vapes. Disappointed

Bought a hookah and they didn't give me everything I paid for. Unfortunately I didn't know that it was supposed to come with more items until I returned for something else. Another employee showed me when I said that I may be missing something for the mouthpiece. In addition to the hookah itself, I was supposed to get a carrying case, tongs, a coil, and a foil poker. For something that costs $70, you would hope that they would give you everything you were supposed to receive.
