“Billy is an outstanding Subaru technician. I took my Crosstrek in for an oil change and he discovered a leak from the drain plug. He took photos of everything and even showed me the oil he drained from the pan and explained what he saw. He gave me lots of information about the oiling system of the motor and walked me through the problem and solution. He was totally willing to teach me what I didn’t know and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. I’ll own a Subaru for as long as I have him nearby. If you bring your Subaru into his garage, I guarantee you it’s in good hands.”
