We were on our way to Yuma from Palm Desert and our car broke down on the freeway! Our completely shut down. We called a few places and everyone was closed. It was a Saturday afternoon. But Diverse Auto Service answered their phone and the owner said they were closed but his sons were at the shop so he would let me know if they were available to help us. We were towed to the shop and his son helped us to change the alternator and was very nice. We were done in an hour and back on the road to go see my grand babies! His son used to live in Desert Hot Springs so we had something in common. He & his dad are lifesavers! They helped us and were very reasonable with the invoice. Thank you so much for being so kind in our distress which made our experience so much better!!

I was traveling and my car started overheating . They were very professional and helped me and husband get back on the road . They changed my water pump and put more antifreeze in my radiator.

Got 2 of my vehicles serviced here and I will be bringing them back again if anything else happens. Lorenzo has helped to keep my '98 camry running like it was made in 2018! I had my AC done on my dodge by a mechanic not affiliated with them and it put my truck out for months! Lorenzo was able to get it up and running and he did it at a reasonable price that didnt break my bank account. I highly recommend them!

I can't tell you how great this place Diverse Auto is. We were driving back to San Diego when we had car trouble late Saturday ( on memorial weekend no less!!) and I called shop not expecting anyone to answer but the owner Lorenzo picked up call while he was in line at Costco. He told me I could have car towed there and he would do his best to get us back on the road . Well he did meet us and immediately determined it was the starter, he told me to take his car to O'Reilly auto parts to get new starter while he takes out old one. By the time I was back he had it out and out new one in minutes!! What can you say about an owner who does this and then asks for very reasonable rate which we of course over compensated due to his extremely generous nature. If anyone needs an honest guy to help you out anywhere near this area then be sure to try Diverse Auto. Thank You Thank You Thank You Lorenzo!!
