HORRIBLE. This pharmacy is super insensitive. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY TO ANYONE. THE OWNER HERE IS INCREDIBLY STUPID AND INHUMANE. Do you not understand that you can't just call someone fat to their face and tell them to lose weight? JUST BECAUSE IM NOT VIET STICK SKINNY. This is the THIRD TIME THIS HAPPENED. The only reason why I came back was because my grandma needed to get your medication and she asked me to pick it up for her. I decided to suck it up and just quickly go in and get it and leave. I was having a wonderful day and she had the audacity to say that to my face. She still try to squeeze it in right before I left the premise. I'm amazed at how idiotic and stupid this lady is.... thinking she can call someone fat to their face and think it's absolutely okay. Like she's doing me a favor but stating the fact that I've gained a couple pounds. Im incredibly upset and pissed off. Vietnamese people need to understand that we are in AMERICA and not fucken Vietnam. You can't just say s*** like that. Good job lady. You lost a customer! I wonder why all of your customers are old Viet people and not young millennials. Hope you lose some business from this review soon because if you are over 140 pounds...you're consider FAT and they sure as hell will let you know you are when you come to pick up your medications!

I rarely give review online, but I have to for this pharmacy. The customer service is excellent from the pharmacist in charge to the whole staff. They always contact you to let you know when doctor's office fax new prescriptions to them, explaining things in details, asking you which medications you want filled or put on file, letting you know if the medications are covered by insurance or not. They always call you when prescriptions are ready for pick up. I wasn't happy with my mom's previous pharmacy, and asked Xuan Pharmacy to transfer all of her medications over to them. The pharmacist in charge took the time to go over my mom's medications with me, she's very thorough and careful with my mom's medication. You want a pharmacist like that. They go all the way to contact your doctor's office for any new med you need as a courtesy, something you don't find common at Vietnamese pharmacies. They never turn down any of your requests even though the request may be difficult, but at least they try, and let you know the outcome. My recommendation is to give them a try. You can always change pharmacy, but at least with this one, I don't think you will be disappointed. One of the highlights is that they keep the communication line very well with you. It's unlikely that you misunderstand them or they miss fill your prescriptions, because they always double check with you.

Very welcoming and they make me feel extremely comfortable. They also explain things carefully with all the details. The wait isn't too long and it is right next to a convenient store.

Best of the best! She goes out of her way to meet my needs instead of always putting money first. She also makes me feel very comfortable explaining my needs to her. There are many other pharmacies around and closer to my house but I don't mind taking the time to drive here.
