I go inside to talk to the guy at the front about the services and once I finish talking I ask if I may use the restroom. He tells me yes and where to go to reach the bathrooms. Once I reach the bathroom the pos maintenance guy won't let me use the restroom because he doesn't want to have to clean it after and refuses me entry. Do not go to this car wash!

The customer service was great and helpful. For only $15 the outside of my car was like brand new and I call that a great deal.

Did a decent job of washing our car. No one was strong enough to remove the antenna. 2 rd visit still have to remove our own. They could not get air car clean after the 2nd time through.so rating dropped by a star.

This place has terrible service. Their employees did not inform customers about recurring monthly payments. Make sure to check your bank statements, they automatically deducted from your credit card. Came back to complain but manager was helpless and had a bad attitude! Nothing but horrible service.

This is a terrible car wash . Very poor customer service and they put several strips of a blue tape on my gas tank door without my permission. Will never go there again.

The Brookhurst Car wash is absolutely amazing! I receive exceptional service and the staff always goes above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. I always opt for the full detail service, my vehicle needs to be in pristine condition at all times, Brookhurst Carwash makes this possible. You will not find a better deal or better quality of work than that of Brookhurst car wash!!!

I paid for a $15 Diamond car wash and I was given a $7 express car wash. I let them know and they had me go back around and the man saw me and looked frustrated. I did get what I paid for but if I hadn't paid attention to the blinking light s that tell you what you're getting, they would've pulled a fast in on me. Be careful here and make sure you're getting what you paid for. I gave it one star because he knew what he did and thought he'd get away with it.

Looks a lot better since they remodeled. Opted for the $15 Diamond (highest machine wash) with all the bells & whistle and my car exterior came out clean evenly. Sealant and sprayed wax made the car looked kinda thin wet shiny, but of course not smooth when touched like real hand waxed. They do offer hand wash and wax for more. Do it yourself vacuum and air hose spray are free for customers. One of the workers offered to tire wet my tires for $1 each while I was vacuuming. Monthly unlimited plans were also available for not much more. For a quick wash, this place is not bad.

This car wash has changed quite a bit over the years so I thought I'd update my review and share my recent experiences. Not sure when it was converted to an express car wash but I've used it a few times in the past six months since I've moved back to OC. No matter which option you select, it's not going to be perfect. Just accept that. It's an express wash after all. You're paying $8-15 for a machine to do the job. The dryers don't work that well, so maybe have some towels handy to avoid water spots while you're using their vacuums. They recently started doing full service car washing and detailing again. Pricing starts at $17 for their basic package all the way up to $169 for a full detail (of course this depends on what type of car you have). Today I chose the $50 option and I'm pretty happy with the results. I've taken my car up mountain roads and camped a lot over the last year and you can't even tell. The person who worked on my car (might've been the owner, not sure) did a great job, it's so clean inside and out! Will definitely return again and again.

This place used to be basically a station for people to wash your cars for you. It's been converted into a drive-thru wash! I always get the silver package which is $8. I honestly only pick it because it has a cool light show during the soap section. It doesn't clean super well since it's a machine but it's cheap and fun! You also have access to the vacuum and blow drier(?) after your wash. A super fun activity to do for self-care or just wanting to splurge!
