  This is review for the customer service support. I have spoke to 4 representatives and 2 fraud specialists and all of them were not helpful at all. How can 1 specialist does not know of what they are hired to do.

  Rude unhelpful people working here. Rude even on the phone. Don't recommend. They really don't want to help you. Even asking for near by location you get harsh voice.
