service here is so bad... the employees are very condescending and act like customers' questions are inconvenient. they give customers heavy attitude for simply not understanding the procedures. if you get paid to help people, then do it right?

The tell Vu Bao Tran was very rude. I asked her to change to a different note, but she just threw my stack through the window in front of everyone one, and put customer in a dangerous situation. She didn’t offer me an envelope to put my money in. She should have a discipline action with her manager about her attitude.

Worst bank , I have ever gone too. When you have an appt, they say they have to take a break first then they can help you. It a fucking Vietnamese community, when the customers do not speak English, only Vietnamese. They still try to speak English to communicate. How FUCKIN stupid is that.

I don't normally come to this branch but it was on my way to run errands. I'm leaving a one star review not because they spoke their own language but while the teller was assisting me she looks to her coworker and she's speaking in a language which I don't understand. If im being assisted, I don't find it professional that she's chatting in a language that is completely foreign to me. I've never been to a bank where a teller is chitchatting with a coworker while assisting someone who clearly doesn't know the language. It's unprofessional and makes you felt not welcome. Also, she was too busy chatting in a foreign language she almost forgot to hand my ID back.

the service is too bad, the staff is rude, not polite, especially the manager. Only Vietnamese people have passed and the elderly do not know English. suggest to change manager.

Worst customer service ever. The personal banker didn’t want to work on a Saturday morning. The guy standing in the middle asking customers how he can help was the rudest banker I have ever seen.

I visited this branch to get my debit card issue resolved. First, I was told by a bank person to wait so a next available can assist me. After 20 minutes of waiting, a banker was available and asked me about the issue. After 10 minutes listening to my issue, this banker who claimed she is the branch manager (Charlene Malauulu) told me that I will need to wait another 20 minutes for her staff to come back from lunch.Charlene, if you are reading this, I think your management skills are very substandard and need improvement. You have no available staff during business hours and yourself is incapable of covering a simple task for your customer. You disrespected your customer valuable time spent to come to the branch.I have been a long time Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years and I am very disappointed at the level of service of this branch. If a branch manager cannot set an example how she can go extra mile to help customers, then she should be replaced.

Woman named Thuy nhung truong was reason why we decided to close our newly opened account. We wanted to make an appointment with this branch but she kept insisting on another location that was 5+ miles away, then had the audacity to say, "I'm going out of my way to help you here." Out of her way? as in she's working there for free? God forbid if/when we would really need her help.Her choppy English along with her attitude gave us a glimpse of the kind of service to expect from WF. Ummm,... thanks but no thanks.

No wonder Wells Fargo is falling further and further down the rabbit hole. Scene: we came in WF branch at 9550 Bolsa Ave, Westminster CA around 2PM today 05/03/2022 trying to make a cash deposit into a personal checking account. We were met by a teller named Cat (her Vietnamese name is Cát), who immediately refused to take our cash deposit, citing that this is a "personal account" therefore she can only accept deposits by checks only. Cat is very adamant that this is her bank's policy, not offering any explanation nor seeking any instruction from her supervisor. Cat seemed to be interested in helping other customer, not us. Maybe Cat is reluctant to feed our cash into the counting machine, costing her precious time. Maybe Cat is practicing COVID-19 prevention measures by not touching any cash bills. It is very confusing to us that US currency is no longer accepted at Wells Fargo. Perhaps, Wells Fargo is now taking deposits only in Russian Rubles or Chinese Renminbis? Well, we did not have a chance to verify this with Cat's managers, as they all seem to hurry about. No wonder Wells Fargo is closing down branches, faster than we can do a Google search for other available locations, with employees like Cat. We wish WF people lots of luck finding employments elsewhere with such low esteem and experience. We will definitely move our money to other banks.

Just wanted to share my experience at wf, so this would be my first cc with wf and banker Thuy was able to explain all the benefits and promotion that wf offering. Throughout the whole process banker was able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend wf to everyone sorely bc of their good services.
