Jocelyn (Westminster Blvd., / Beach Blvd., branch) was disrespectfuland uncaring today. She is, i believe, a teller and decided on her own to put a hold on my cashiers check without even consulting with her supervisor. when i requested to get the cashiers check back she stamped it "cancelled endorsement". this happenned to me after many years of being a wells fargo mutiple accounts holder with huge annual business deposits and never any issues! i will avoid visiting this branch when possible in the future. Jocelynn needs more training and should learn to improve customer/bank relationship, not damage it. OC Cars and Credit, Inc.

Unless waiting long time for visiting a safe box, this location does not merit getting 2 stars. I've been coming to this place for over 10 years and its service is ok. Today, teller Nayely served me with her kindness. Wells Fargo needs more employees like Nayely. Thank you

Not happy with my recent experience. From telephone customer service and in person branch manager experience. Not helpful and no real answer or solutions. Simply transaction but WFB made it so complicated. Ruined my plans to share a special moment with my spouse on our anniversary. This will be on social media review.

Van Nguyen was very helpful with opening a new checking account for me. I was in and out in less than a hour. The bank teller helped me with my new bank account with my deposit.Excellent service there ?????

I had been a costumer for more than 30 years and for the last few years the service it getting worst. Today I am in this location the line is too long it about 50 people in and only two tellears are helping.

I came in for help with simple account modification. However, I waited ~3+hours for help (from 10:40ish AM to 1:40ish PM) in their lobby chair near the door. My house only 5 mins away but I wasn't able to come home for lunch until pass 2 PM. The gentleman came in a few mins after me, waited and left after 2+ hours wait time since no one approached any of us to offer help. Would've gave this place 0 star if it wasn't for the Nicole, who helped me after she saw me still sitting in the lobby prior to and after her lunch break (nearly 3 hours wait in that lobby). Nicole was the only one who cared enough to offer assistance after seeing me still sitting at the lobby chair after her lunch. Nicole and Alec are friendly, courteous and willing to help. The missing stars due to the fact this branch sucks, other staffs didn't care and the Vietnamese staffs who helped me were horrible, wait time for someone to help is horrendous. ~3+ hours wait with staffs "not giving a penny" was unacceptable. Some people were able to book appointment with banker/staff prior to coming, if they know about it. No where in the bank post such information for you to know. Without knowing, you would sit there for hours, hopelessly wasting your time. I only knew after asking Nicole about it; while waiting, saw a gentleman came in hour after me, was greeted and helped right away by the banker/staff, while I continue to sit & wait.

Every time I go here there’s always only 2 staff working as teller and line always long out to the door. But no more teller or manager come to assist. Service is super slow too.

Worse WF branch. Waits are always 15-20+ mins. Always 2 tellers when the line is 10+ people. Very slow service.

I have an appointment with the manager . I believe her name is Natasha . I notice she was wearing house slipper . ( to me it's very unprofessional ) I have a appointment to cash my moms final retirement check .It was my second time to come back to this office , the first appointment was cancelled by her due to personal reasons . Second time I come back . She said she needs to call retirement office and she said it closes at 4:00 pm and she couldn't help me . I told her I already talked to them twice and they said there will be no problem . It's the managers discretion . She was not able to help me , I think I was discriminated by her or she really didn't want to work .
