Went to pick up allergy medicine and there was a $2 coupon if u clipped it in app. I tried to clip and it wouldn't work. I explained the issue to the cashier and he said there is nothing he can do. He was very rude and curt. I asked for manager and he also was very rude and didn't want to help. I showed him that I scanned it and it doesn't come up and it's not my fault there is issue w app and coupon. Won't go back we will go to CVS next time where we are greeted and helped when needed.

I've finally had it with this store!I had to switch from CVS because of insurance issues, so be it.My doctor sends my meds every month, and I have put up with their little problems they have in house far too longMy daughter told me to stop using Walgreens and I just told her she needed to be patient. HAHAHAHA!! I call ahead of time to see when I can pick up.My schedule is tight, like most of us people running crazy out here.Anyhoo... they told me a time, LIKE EVERY WEEK, and I went 15 past the time. It wasn't ready. Ok, I start to talk and the ghetto employee at the counter wants to talk over me confirming my phone number. I was calm and patient, explained that I had called ahead, and then proceeded to ask what time will it will be ready. He told me all the issues they have in house, and said " that's why I confirmed your number"Huh? I just need a time so I can figure out how and when to get MY MEDICATION picked up, so I can take it today. That shouldn't be a hard question to answer considering you already gave me a previous time!He then just kept repeating that he doesn't know, and they will text me.Just a rude tone, and I'm really tired of being patient with this store because they can't get their shit together and serve their customers!They made a lot of money off of me, especially when some of my meds weren't covered by insurance!Walgreens, don't have your employees brush people off with their I don't care attitudes when they are trying to get their medications. Do better!Oh, and did I mention in the above novel I wrote, that when I pulled up to the drive thru window the guy looked at me, and walked off?You have to wait 20 min for one car, NOT EXAGGERATING , and then the person can't even acknowledge you?How about a training program for ALL of your employees on BASIC customer service skills??

The Manager " male " is unprofessional on reply to questions from the customer. It is insufficient training skills to perform a jobs. I'm believing AA degrees or higher levels of working experience to represent the Manager position in this type of business. Poor Management training !

If I could give 0 stars I would.First of all management sucks here, they don't care about customers or providing good service. I've done about two curbside pickups here where I've come to pick it up and it's not at the store. The first one was a bigger order and they sent me an email thanking me for picking up my order but they didn't have it when I arrived. Luckily the manager was there to pick up the items I was supposed to receive but didn't give an explanation as to what happened with the order.Second curbside pickup I did, I was on my way and the item that I ordered was already picked up. Asked one of the leads and she said to come back in 10 mins because she was going to check for me. Then came back 10 mins said to come back the next day because her manager wasn't there? Managed to get her to give me a refund. But seriously they should be more careful with who they're giving the pickups to. One of the cashiers gave me a hard time there when I asked for a receipt. I know they don't do it for curbside, but I've had some employees tell me they can do it so I know it's possible. He looked dead inside and told me it was impossible to give me receipt. These people need to find better jobs lmao. I won't be coming back here to waste my money nor time.

Pharmacy drive thru was more than a one hour wait and there was only 2 cars in front of us. Several cars behind us gave up and drove off. We gave up and drove away also.

cool location and has a lot of really good stuff. I like to come here and buy lotion whenever I am coming back from the gym. Anytime I go to the gym I usually get really dry skin. I usually stop at this Walgreens location because they have really good deals and specials on lotion. They have all the types of lotion that I typically like. I like high moisturizing lotions and this location has a bunch of them. I'm super grateful for thataspirin is another thing I usually pick up here. It is convenient and super easy for me to grab it.

Nice experience at the drive-in pharmacy.Came here one afternoon for a Covid test through their drive-in pharmacy. I had scheduled my appointment online in advance. I drove straight up to the pharmacy and only had one person in front of me on a weekday afternoon. Didn't have to wait long before I pulled up to the window. The lady behind the glass spoke to me through a microphone and checked my appointment confirmation number as well as my ID before going over the test instructions. Super simple, very fast and efficient. I took the test in 30 seconds, and put a sealed bag with a sample right into the metal box next to the window. My results came back in two days. Very easy painless process.

This Walgreens has been my go-to now ever since they closed the one on Goldenwest :( I must say I do miss that location A LOT. I knew all the staff there & it was nicely kept, plus the pharmacy was never busy when I'd go pick up my monthly pick up (Birth Control Pills). This location is just very packed, but I'm assuming and taking a well educated guess that it's because a huge majority of the customers from Goldenwest transferred their prescriptions to this location which makes sense that there'd be more people waiting for pharmacy pick ups. My latest pick up wasn't at all great, the pharmacist that took care of me was very dismissive and walked away from me soon as I was about to ask a question. I would've said something but I saw how bad the drive thru portion of the pharmacy was when I decided to step inside and just said to myself, "Well f*** it, she's busy & stressed". I never really had that issue at my other Walgreens pharmacy. Overall though this place is alright and so far it's been the only place I've had luck with getting toilet paper so yeaaaa for that lol
