Reliably extremely slow. On average, about 4 minutes per customer. Yet interestingly enough, i typically only take 2 minutes when at the window.
It appears they are understaffed, lots of their employees are undergoing training, and the customers frequenting here show up with a list of unknowns that must be worked through in real time. Also, the average customer here is picking up 3-5 medications, adding to the wait.
Id strongly encourage going elsewhere, or only coming here off peak hours (EG like 10-11am, 2-3pm, or right before closing).
They do seem to get their stuff right (eg Low mistakes on filling), but it’s horribly slow and always busy

OMG - 3 car in the drive through and after 20 minutes they finally helped a car. I’d never use this pharmacy again.

Their pharmacy is lagging.. they need more help and kinder employees.. the main store has a lot of stuff and it's convenient.. but again... some of their employees are rude!!!

Grabbed a couple of cheese sticks to munch on and waited to be helped just to be told by an employee that they would help me at a different register only to see them walk away and disappear into the back somewhere.. They should have at least one person up at the front watching the registers for customers..

I'm a regular here, and normally, I don't ask to use the restrooms. Today 4/3/24 I ask pharmacy if I could use the restroom and they told me to ask the cashier for the code. Ok so as a heavily 8 month pregnant person I'm already having a hard time waddling with a full bladder, and that lady says that the restroom is out of order. MIND YOU RR HAS NO SIGN OR INDICATOR ITS OUT OF ORDER!!! I told her that's not what pharmacy told me and she has the audacity to say, "Well IDK go ask the ppl in photo." Lady,I don't have time for games. All you had to say was No in the first place

This is my pharmacy at the moment and I want to switch because they don't let you use the restroom, even while you're in line waiting on your prescriptions. Pharmacy service isn't the fastest, and there's often a line of people waiting. Even though the restrooms are right next to the pharmacy counter, the store staff won't give you the code to use the restroom. Be more kind to your patients, Walgreens!

The business is not reputable, I took a box of medicine and promised to go back and forth 5 times with many excuses to delay running out of gas and it's always really frustrating.

It's ok nothing great some of employees are very rude the Asian man and woman there reason Walgreens will lose alot of people business with Their behavior will be down fall and said they don't have a restroom

While I did not previously have a good experience with Walgreens in general, tonight, Walgreens associate Stormy made my night & provided excellent customer service. If you are reading this Stormy, please do not feel bad about what happened; it is Walgreens and their poor technological systems that have failed us both. Thank you (Stormy) once again for your help!
